You guys are all awesome, thank you so much for the kind comments!! This track is for the fans, but it is also for the people who said Fire Vortex wasn't trance, i hope this one is more up your alley! I like to show some variety :) Got some collabs coming up soon hopefully. so maybe some new trance early next year at some point.
HAHA! This made me laugh! Blame Google+, which won't let me change my Page name without changing my RU-vid Channel nickname as well. The name of the channel is "AirbagVII". The rest is just a description of the games I'm playing at the moment. This whole RU-vid/Google+ integration thing definitely needs revising! P.S.: Speaking of names, what does "TheKHUE" stand for?
Good! You did check the comment after all. Now you get why I have such a long name! ;) Let's forget this conversation then. Take care and keep bringing more tracks! =)
Truly a shame.. talent goes by.. like a lot of artists on this label.. this was their “peak,” even though it was extremely under appreciated.. in the modern day they have practically no recognition

Wuxia is now 10 years old....This IMO is the greatest Trance track to be uploaded on Monstercat! This was so ahead of its time! And I also believe this was Mitchell Claxton last appearance on Monstercat...way to end it with a bang! The introduction and the midsections with the beat is phenomenal! IDK where Mitchell Claxton is now but man you made some memorable Trance tracks! Wuxia is his best work!
i use techniques from various genres. combining them in the tranciest way i can lol. for the most part at least. it's about the melody and euphoria that makes it trance, and the overall feel, like old asot 2004 combined with recent uplifting trance from labels like fsoe
***** I made this comment when I was feeling immature lol As I'm approaching adulthood (I'll be 16 in a few months) my musical interests have been flying from place to place. A few months ago I was listening to Neurofunk religiously. Then I started listening to Rock and Metal again (which I haven't done in years). Now I've been listening to lots of Classic and 90s Rock. All this time I've still been enjoying Trance though. Wow.
WOOOO TRANCE! Great song Mitchell Claxton. It's a beautiful and long song, especially the peaceful start. Also glad to get to hear from Braken again, he hasn't made any songs since Flight w/ Tristam, which was also his first song.
@@illfordt's one full song split up into four parts. Even on 7MD's profile it's just called Mirai Sekai. The four parts are short edits of parts of the song.
YinCreations I guess since you're being more specific, it is. I was speaking Trance in general. Most I've seen and produced (several being discontinued) were relatively bland in production.
I feel like Mitchell Claxton is going to be one of those trance artists whose tracks we'll hear in the distant future and think "damn, that's a classic."
...Aaaaand Tutorials! (There isn't that much to it, mainly the Supersaw Lead, The Rolling Bassline, and the Snappy Kick...Sonic Academy has Tutorials with James Dymomd, Björn Akkeson and Protoculture up, as far as i know
when i closed my eyes i transported to the future... full of flying cities and zero gravity stuff and then when the song ended and i opened my eyes i was disappointed to see that we were still in the present.
from everywhere. Wuxia is actually something i've wanted to do since about 2008/2009 but didn't know how to approach it. i was inspired by movies like Crouching Tiger and Hero and the overall romanticism of the way they were shot with their beautiful scores. fire vortex was inspired by a dream i had after a kick-ass gig in california koh samui was inspired by the great time i had vacationing on an island in thailand called koh samui, while the melody for it came to me much earlier, it fit
I havent seen monstercats YT channel for like 2 months... Guess how are my ears feeling after listening to 5 tracks.... I can't wait to hear more... :3
Yes please, trance and Hard dance were one of the first genres that they uploaded, it stopped coming out just a couple of months after they started gaining recognition.
hondansx1000 Obviously. but I'm talkin about Trance tracks in general. I'm just alittle ignoring Mitchell Claxton for a while even tho his releases are excellent.
INJAMASU for those who want to hear the beat in the begining, click my button..for those who want to hear a minute of a slow opener...disregaurd. neither is correct or incorrect.
this is so good, i started searching other things while having this on in the background and i never once got bored or felt like i needed to change it. this song has everything in it to keep me entertained and entranced.
