You didn't mention that the campground was adjacent to Potawatomi State Park and a boat launch, all bicycle distance from downtown Sturgeon Bay. Sturgeon Bay has many facilities, restaurants, theaters (film and live) and shops, plus you are never far from Lake Michigan and Green Bay.
