Quick gym hint: the longer you lift, the stronger your connection with muscles grows, which ultimately helps make working out more enjoyable. You can isolate certain muscle groups and take more stress away from your entire body! I can now flex my individual lats and pecks (just an example) :)

the dude in the second video literally changed a shocking amount. Like he went from having the appearance of a 12 year old boy to looking like a chiselled fully grown adult man within less than 5 months. testosterone and the scientific discovery that testosterone can have the effect on afab individuals that it does is so incredible and mind-blowing.

I definitely cry much less and times where I normally cry I feel the tears wanting to form but not forming! When I do cry there are less tears most of the time too. I’ve gained the ability to hold back tears more easily which I appreciate lol

I went into the men's bathroom at school and everyone saw me go in there and some even yelled in the bathroom and they got the custodian involved and then she let me use the bathroom then after lunch and all that I got called to the counselor's office and she told me that I can't do that and asked why and said what if boys were in there or something and then said I know you identify as a boy but you still look like a girl and said I should either use the girls bathroom or the nurses bathroom that whole situation made me uncomfortable
That's crazy, once in my school a trans boy went into the girls bathroom like he was supposed to by school rules and a teacher yelled at him for being a boy in the girls bathroom. Guess trans people just can't piss..

Haha I tried to do the crying diary thing too from like 2016 on… I cried the first time in 2016 bc I got my nose broken and then the second time in January 2022 when I was listening to a song that describes my whole fvcking life in a very painful way. That was it. I think I cried to that song like 2-3 times but I literally never cry

im also doing a crying wrapped, and 9 is not a lot compared to mine (49 times which is quite a lot but sensory issues and autistic meltdowns caused a big chunk of them)
