In my opinion, is a fantastic job! we are in charge of many items, all the steps involved in a transaction, is a fantastic way to create good rapport with everybody involved in the transaction, is a great way to release our agent's from all the administrative duties facilitating the process and the closing on time of the transaction and more. Transaction coordinators are very busy & proactive people!
Excellent information. I am licensed as a Real Estate agent in NC but will move back to Florida in the near future. Rather than pursue a real estate career, I will most likely look into transaction coordination for other agents. Thanks for the helpful information.

Yes, Agents should pay this if they are not good at paper work, however, they should not pass this onto the buyer or seller as their percentage is high income already.
They’re not supposed to pass it on to the buyer or seller. It comes out of the realtor’s commission. That’s also why if a deal falls through and the realtor earns nothing, the transaction coordinator earns nothing.
Been wanting to get into this for SO long now, but have no idea where to start. I see training opportunities that are CRAZY costs .. where can I go to get proper training, that wont break the bank ?

Start collecting contacts and putting them in your database. Be sure to start scheduling face-to-face interaction with people, like small coffee dates where you can catch up.
