First part of the video is with music because it was raining and I couldn´t connect the mic
Hi, join me on this chill ride in one of the bests roads in the world, the Transfăgărășan.
The Transfăgărășan or DN7C is a paved mountain road crossing the southern section of the Carpathian Mountains of Romania. It has national-road ranking and is the second-highest paved road in the country after the Transalpina. It starts near the village of Bascov, near Pitești, and stretches 90 kilometres (56 mi) to the crossroad between the DN1 and Sibiu, between the highest peaks in the country, Moldoveanu and Negoiu. The road, built in the early 1970s as a strategic military route, connects the historic regions of Transylvania and Wallachia.
My opinion: the road is amazing, you can enjoy some of the best views you can imagine, have some good meal and, if you are lucky, see many bears (I saw at least 20 in one day).
The road conditions is disappointing, if you come with a sport bike you might end with back pain, I strongly suggest to lower the tyre pressure at least 0.2 or 0.3, take it as it is an offroad ride :D
I can´t understand why Romanian politicians don´t invest more money in this road, it could become the main point of meeting for bikers in this part of Europe (even more than it is actually).

How often you feel adv 350 have not to much power? It looks like 350 is accurate

only going faster than 120 kmh, the engine starts revving, you can solve it installing heavier rollers. But in acceleration I feel it very fast

Hi, I wanted to ask you if you think a trip like the one you did today can be done as a couple?

hi, for sure! it's not a complicated road as Stelvio pass, the turns are easy to make. if you have a trail bike with softer suspension it's perfect

I was wondering Daniel how long the back tyre lasts ? mine has just done 8,000 miles and needs to be changed , as most of us don't go ' off road 'on these do you think changing to Forza tread pattern might give them a longer life than 8,000 miles ?

hi, I changed mine during 24k km service, but it really depends on your riding style. also where you use the bike, in the city the tyre doesn´t last that much.
