I’ve got up and down slack in both drive shafts. The rear of the truck starts bouncing at 40-50.

Supposedly there are some plastic inserts in the shifting forks and some seals that you can/ should replace. Oh yeah, make sure to get an OEM output shaft seal. I replaced two different aftermarket seals in and leaked pretty quickly.

Only thing I saw mistake wise was the output shaft seal; there is a weep hole that should be installed pointing down. Otherwise great video.
