It's funny because ceiling fans with permanent magnets do make great generators for windmills and the video is correct all the way to the rectifier. After that it doesn't make sense, the rectifier would produce DC and the transformer wouldn't work. When rectified and regulated properly though, the ceiling fan can charge batteries with the wind. But in this video there's the question of the same fan and light bulb used in the other video with the perpetual motion generator, so, that's a red flag, and then the windmill spins so steadily that it looks powered by the ceiling fan motor rather than the wind, and indeed, a quick look at the trees and leaves shows that there is no wind.... But why make a pretend demo when making the real thing would take the same effort and would demonstrate a working windmill that other people can reproduce and use?

professionally it doesn't work because the AC voltage when you convert it into DC voltage the transformer never passes it to the secondary part to increase the voltage.
