Hiranandni has done an excellent work in bringing such a great, excellent and European type of township in India . I am honestly so much thankful of them 💗. They really did a very remarkable job in Mumbai and Thane 👍👍. Hope so more such townships will develop in every city of india 👍
My Company Office at Powai Galleria, Alpha Building. I daily go to office it's a pleasant atmosphere here. I am really lucky to work at Hiranandani location.
Though my building is not constructed by HIRANANDANI builders, I'm blessed to live in HIRANANDANI GARDENS. I m very happy to live in such a posh area🙏🙏
This transformation wouldn't have been possible without Hiranandani. He took the courage, the daring to develop Powai and today he has been ruling Powai like a boss in terms of real estate business.

2 successful township in Mumbai- Powai and Thakur Complex and Thakur Village in Kandivili East. Rest all are selling Township but they can never touch of wat vision and execution these two vicinity provide.

Absolutely correct, I lived near Hiranandani -Thane, it was smaller than Hiranandani -Powai but quite equally impressive. MMRDA should seriously work with Hiranandani for few more sites in the metropolitan region.
I studied at IIT BOMBAY and currently working at CRISIL house both in Powai. But I don't think I'll get rich enough to buy a house here. It's only for filthy rich.

Hira Nagar, Link Road, Mulund west was also built by same Hiranandani brothers. Visit this place and see it's construction. You will know the other face of this promoter.
The problem is only businessmen or wealthy family can afford to buy a property here .even high earning government employee can't dream about owning a small apartment here .It's just for the affluent family.
In developed nations, town planning is done in collaboration with town planner , developers, architects and civil engineers. Not only Architect . Approval comes in name of town planner not architect .

Building in open place is not real task , Original task is that Government should pass change in dhaaraavi and chandivali slum areas , Hiranandani , and Maharashtra government should take serious action on development then only it will call task
