Yes you can. But before you use it let your invigilator knows about it, since not every one knows about it.

I seriously doubt that. You need to bring your own tracing paper and let the invigilator know about that before the exam so that s/he will know you are going to use them. Not all the invigilators or teachers know that tracing paper is allowed. Hope it will help.
