The one Transformers Series I love as much as Transformers Prime.

In terms of Transformers themes, this is by a long shot the best. At least by today’s standards. The more pop/rock sound, the clear vocals, the occasional undercut of a robot especially at the end, and the instrumental bridge all make it phenomenal at both telling a story we all know, and getting you pumped for the action of the show ahead. But it stands well just on its own.

This and TFP were the best.

This song is beautiful because it's a remaster version of the original G1 theme. Don't we just love it when things grow and evolve through time

Indeed, Animated was a great show, the characters, the animation, the story, all were great! Then they just ended the series without resolving most of the side stories. Also that thing about Sari at the end of season 2.

RIP Derrick J. Wyatt ❤️ Transformers Animated is my favorite cartoon show growing up and it is still my favorite to this day and I would never forget my younger self sitting on the chair and watching one of the TFA episode and happily laughing about it.

This is easily the best version of “The Transformers” theme song, I want more shows to do a take on that classic theme. Heck, I’d love a Decepticon version, where it’s painting the Autobots as evil. Maybe for a show that takes place during the rise of the deception resistance, and ends with Megatron’s eventual descent into insanity.

I’ll never forget the feeling as a kid getting pumped to watch the show when this banger came on

I usually hate stupid little intros and skip them, but for some reason, this one is simply wonderful and I listen to it as if it was a normal song.

This show is underrated

I liked this show, it showed Prowl being so cool, and Megatron was intimidating and actually wanted to kill starscream. The CON is that Optimus isn't the leader, but a failed rookie.

I know i'm late but i just want to say this i grew up with Transformers watched most of the cartoons growing up this was one of them i remember every wednesday watching this it still sucks that this show got cancelled

Chinformers, more than meets the chin~

Why do people hate this show? Good writing, good characters, and they also found some way to bring old g1 characters in for nostalgia, whether they were on different teams, or on cybertron. This show was never bad.

I remember loving animated as a kid and was really upset when they stopped showing it on cartoon network, I remember one day after Ben 10 omniverse the guy announced " coming up next on cartoon network it's transformers!" As usual but with a video clip of TFA and I got so giddy and over excited to hear that theme again only for it to be an episode of transformers prime, I love TFP but to this day that Level of disappointment and confusion as a child is still unmatched, I didn't understand why they'd done that, obviously it was just a mistake but to me at the time it felt like kick in the teeth. Funny the things we find sad as we grow older. Just wonder if anyone else remembers seeing that happen

I just got done rewatching the show a week ago and this show definitely deserves a season 4. Especially with all the ideas they had planned for it. Even though the ending was satisfying It’s still sad season 4 never saw the light of day.

Love how this theme gives off a generation 1 feel just cause the theme song had the same lyrics, just sung differently

I love TFP’s intro music a lot, and I can never decide between Animated’s intro music or Prime’s. They’re both so awesome. Prime is epic and Animated is thrilling. =)

My first Optimus and megatron figures were from this show, hand me downs from my older cousin, eventually gave them to kids in need and upgraded to WFC and studio series for prime and megatron respectively

Cartoon Network did this with Hasbro now when The Hub re air this show they removed any reference to Cartoon Network in the end credits.

Best Transformers theme EVER!

I’d never heard this before cuz I hadn’t seen the show. But this is by far the best revamp of the original transformers theme I’ve ever heard. They made it more impactful and they adjusted the whacko rhythm to make it more palatable in the second verse.

We finally got to see animated legacy bee up next is prime then I can use Prime Bulkhead and 86 ratchet as stand ins.

this is a certified hood classic

Along with the Unicron Trilogy, Transformers Animated is my most treasured childhood Transformers show.

I was never a fan of this show, but I appreciated things that it brought to other shows that were carried over from this one, like Bulkhead, Grumpy Ratchet. I did like Bumblebee on this show too, cause to me he is always the kid of the bunch and detest the over exposure they give him as a super important character. Also this theme song was very cool, an updated version of the G1 theme song and it sounded action packed as well as epic.

God, what a way to get Introduced to a franchise I loved when I was little, but soon got back into in late 2015.
