I love this Optimus voice. This is the closest I've heard to a young Peter Cullen voice. People always tend to mix up Peter's 07 Optimus with his G1 prime, and end up making this weird mix of the two that sounds slightly off. This is perfect. Kudos to the VAs.
Completly agree. As someone who was primarily a movie/modern transformers content (eg tf movie trilogy/reboot tf prime etc) it felt so weird hearing this version of prime when I first watched g1. Even conpared to the 86 movie which I had watched before watching g1and I even still though it sounded weird
Ikr, I love Young Optimus Prime voice. If I could, I’d hire this guy to voice Optimus in a Transformers series (If I was in charge of making a Transformers show)

@@youtuber9566Kind of. ITV censored out most uses of Slag in Beast Wars (alongwith a lot of other odd censorship), but Channel 5 in the 00's was more open minded when reshowing the series 🤔 . At least the UK broadcasters didn't have a silly rule about the word *War* , unlike the home network for *Beasties* in Canada 😅
This should have some more views. Only problem is that the quality of the pictures isn't consistent. The animation and the expressiveness of the characters is fantastic.
I originally was going to do frame blending, but realized it looked a little too distorted at moments, but for whatever reason some parts in it didn't save right and used the wrong version of the cut.
And yet, it's still better than the 'suitable for lobotomy patients' names Go-Bots had: "He's a murderous robot who turns into a motorcycle! We'll call him 'Cy-Kill!' He's a police robot who turns into a helicopter! We'll call him 'Cop-Tor!' He's a loser who turns into a scooter! We'll call him.... Um... 'Scooter.'"
I love how this is framed like Cliffjumper is a main character in a sitcom even moreso than the original video, the shots of him are just fantastic, I love his facial expressions changing! Your face in the reflection of Optimus’ front windows made me giggle and I adore the use of live-action Bumblebee’s figure to reflect the video. This is such an excellent piece overall!
As I mentioned on the original video, there was a transformer named Erector and Hasbro only stopped using the name because the people who own the Erector set toys got the trademark and then made their own transforming toys. Couldn't make this stuff up if I tried. Also that was Rise of the Beasts Wheeljack WTF?
1. This is literally the canon case with Tailgate. His name is literally the Cybertronian word for "arse". 2. Its also true that Cybertronians ran out good names a long time ago. Hence why Ratchet, Pipes and Drift once found a body of a guy called Prowl, with no connection to the actual Prowl. 3. I would like to assume that Handjob became Gripper from the Motorvators.

Wow, that was beautiful 😂👏! Nice use of that Cliffjumper figure’s interchangeable faces. Only thing I found weird was the few instances of what appears to be the use of 60fps software on certain parts. Looks weird when the there ain’t as much animation frames as a Robot Chicken sketch. Also, nice use of the ROTB Wheeljack figure 😂👍. Makes me wanna get one and paint it green just for this.
Yeah, it pairs very well with the audio! Solid JJ uses stills since it’s all about the voice acting, but I’d love official collabs like this for his videos
Gotta give the credit for the Optimus VA. It's a mix of Peter Cullen and Garry Chalk's Optimus Prime, especially in the beginning since that really sounds like Garry.
Omg I’ve seen the original and it’s hilarious, I’m not even into this type of humor but this is hilarious. And this video just makes it even funnier 😂 also I honest to god didn’t know what reach around meant I didn’t know that was an innuendo.
