Transformers Kingdom Titan Class THE ARK Review 

Before I saw this Ark figure, I didn't noticed that this figure has 2 different golden disks. And cool and interesting figure!

I can definitely see a Gen Selects Animated Omega Supreme coming out of this

Fingers crossed we get a titan-class Nemesis based on Tarn.

My mind would be blown if this guy was recolored in the colors of the Transformers Animated Omega Sentinels akin to Animated Omega Supreme. Well maybe except Omega Spreem because his colors fit more on Omega than the Ark.

It has no base mode but it has the best vehicle mode among Titan Class and the best partner figure, Mainframe/Teletran 1 is good enough to be sold separately. Another great point that many people is that in the underside you barely can see robot parts, it's something that most figures with vehicle modes can't hide.

Would be neat to have a transforming Nemesis. Also that woohoo was funny

An Animated Omega Supreme with this mold would be interesting

Sad our first Mainframe in decades isn't colored like the original, but the fact that he got any representation at all is amazing. Here's hoping for a retool into animated supreme with a G1 colored mainframe (for some reason)

Absolutely gorgeous toy. About time the Ark got a toy and to have it transform into 'The Last Autobot?' Little touch of brilliance. Love when they do stuff like that such as the panels that appear as the arms transform. Awesome If I could only have one titan, this would be it.

Ok cool, but what was that bit at the end with all the pvp talking over himself? Is that why he's called "prime vs prime"?

Animated proves that the Ark transforming isn’t a new concept.

Apparently the nemesis is coming within the next 2 years. Having these two together would be perfect.

I watched the transformation of The Ark with Queen’s “Made in Heaven” in the background and oh boy it matched perfectly with the engineering. This is a gift made in heaven. Period.

not complaining about the lack of a third mode, since they managed to deliver both the ship mode and the robot mode without any particular compromise. Consider also that the third "base mode" could be found in Mainframe's Teletraan-1 altmode. Plus, for the small downside of the ankle joint, I can forgive that, given that it's limited due the ramp design. I have no problems with some limitation on the articulations if it's justified by some reason, could it be a gimmick (like in this case, the ramp) or a design necessity (like the waist of Mainframe limited by the kibble)

This is such an awesome figure! I can't believe we have finally received an Ark, and a transformable one at that, great review!

This looks really nice overall! Only issue I have is the sides of the shuttle mode. Other than that all modes look pretty great. I don't have space for any titan-class figures but if I did I would definitely want to get this figure. I love the design and the paint apps seem well done.

I'm a little more forgiving of this figure because this is the first time we've had The Ark as not only a toy, but as its own character, even if it is The Last Autobot. Yes, we've all seen Animated where Omega Supreme transformed into The Ark, but I'm talking about the ship itself being its own character, with its own design, and not based on any other character or their design. The giant gaps don't bother me, considering 1. There's only so much Hasbro can do before they start driving up the price to ridiculous levels that many would complain about and 2. I'm sure this can be seen as a stepping stone for future Titan Class figures, or even if they decide to re-do The Ark as a character again in a future show/movie or toyline idea, which I hope they do. I can't wait to get this guy, pre-ordered him as soon as I saw his listing on Bigbadtoystore.

Wouldn't this be kinda the first ever "Last Autobot" toy? I mean, the face is basically the same as the character i'm talking about...

It’s weird, but I was actually more excited for Teletraan-1 than the Ark itself, and now that I know it doesn’t fit in scale with the Generations line it’s a bit disappointing...

But your review got me excited to have this figure again. This is a great figure with a lot of accessories and I am now excited again to get it in my hands

If we get titan class Nemesis its gonna awesome to see the ark go 1v1 against each other trying to destroy each other

I'm getting this figure anyway, but now that see it close, it's design it's way more familiar to cyberverse than WFC...Thats a Cyberverse face!!!...

so they went back on their changes to the figure? also i doubt people would have complained about them using partsforming for this figure i mean they accepted WFC unicron even tho it cost nearly a grand and is way bigger then zeta toy's unicron and is factually worse

Outstanding review! You convinced me to get this one, and I’ve also just ordered the toyhax stickers for the ark and mainframe.

My biggest complaint is the gaps in the ship, but mostly that the gun turrets don't actually turn at all. He has turrets on his arms that aim the entirely wrong direction. It would be nice if they'd at least aim towards so that he could use them as weapons in combat.

The ark in Animated was Omega Supreme’s alt-mode, I agree with most people that this guy will probably be redone as Animated Omega Supreme

Everyone keeps talking about getting Animated Omega Supreme out of this but I want the Nemesis Titan class out of this

I wonder if we will get the Decepticon ship next year. DNA Design will do fillers for this or another 3rd party company will.

Definitely really excited to get this guy, and honestly he might be the best titan class figure yet. I have to say this Hasbro is teasing terrorsaur hard. I mean there is a pterodactyl on a bunch of the kingdom box art.

Great review. The gaps on the side of the ship mode to accommodate the legs could have been covered with a properly hinged flap.

I think the novels said something about the Ark being able to transform normally, but was kept in ship form to conserve energon, or it might have been damaged or something.

I've said it many times now but this is literally the perfect figure to repaint/retool into a new and updated Tidalwave figure. The robot mode just oozes Tidalwave energy including the head sculpt and the artillery turrets on his chest.

I would love to have the ark and the nemesis in their robot forms fighting each other. And maybe, this thing might have a seat for deluxe class, voyager class, or warrior class figures to sit in.

Don't know how I didn't notice this before, but The Ark/The Last Autobot's head sculpt is literally just the Autobot logo

Not a bad figure, but i think The Ark should have just folded out into a backdrop of the Autobot base with Teletraan-1.

In the Transformers: Fall of Cybertron video game. Metroplex gave all of its Energon to powered up the Ark. The Energon-less Metroplex later on remained in stasis mode on Cybertron, while the Ark escaped the Megatron ruled Cybertron.

Omega Supreme, Metroplex, Fortress Maximus be like: New friend?

I think The Ark without a doubt is worth the hype! :D I love all the individual modes, they all look absolutely fantastic!

I know everyone's talking about The Ark being Omega Supreme in Animated, and The Ark transforming not being a new concept, but I have some gripes and counter arguments against that. 1. The Ark in Animated has never truly been referred to as "The Ark." It's just been Omega Supreme, and had the design obviously inspired by The Ark. It's a stand-in for The Ark, not necessarily The Ark itself. 2. Yes, The Ark transforming is technically not new, but this is the first time The Ark transformed and it was like, its own thing, separate from Omega Supreme or other characters. And spoilers? ...It's the most important and substantial thing Teletraan 1 has ever gotten to do. I feel like we should give it props for at least that.

If they do a Nemesis I hope it becomes another Trypticon because I loved that in FoC

Epic review PrimeVsPrime!!!!! This figure will be mine. I enjoy that the Ark's robot mode is based on the character Autonomous Maximus a.k.a. "The Last Autobot," and Teletraan-1's robot mode is based on the Transformers character Mainframe. Keep on being amazing.

This might be the first Titan that I'm considering buying. For most of the other ones, I can't help but think of Tom Hanks's character from Big: "What's fun about playing with a building?"

Just as a heads up, in the last few seconds of this vid there is some overlap for your audio. It’s like two pieces on top of eachother, like there is two of you talking at the same time haha. Around time stamp 25:07. That being said, good look at this fig. I’m stoked to get him.

This is probably the best choice for the Kingdom Titan class figure. The Ark was very important in both G1 and Beast Wars. So it makes sense that Kingdom, the line that throws G1 and BW characters together, would have the Ark as the Titan class figure of the line.

The design is really Perfect and really Perfect! everything is perfect about it!

If I had the money I would get this just for Teletraan-1! Such an amazing figure! The ark is aight but those giant hollow gaps on the wings/legs are an eyesore. There was more than one way to cover those.

I actually never knew they were gonna make the ark. But that's so fricking sick.

It definitely was used before in Animated as Omega Supreme. I'm really impressed on how The Ark looks save for the really limited ankle tilt but I do hope to see him on sale someday in retail like Christmas.

I hope hasbro makes a voyager the ark and advertise use green screen effect to make him look large and bigger than the other voyager toys
