After a round of live auditions, judges (and voice actors) David Kaye, Sue Blu, Paul Eiding, and Andy Barlett have finished casting the roles for the reading of Transformers: Apocalypse and Chill at TFcon Chicago 2022.
David Kaye is the voice of Megatron on Beast Wars: Transformers, Transformers: Armada, Transformers: Energon, and Transformers: Cybertron. He is also the voice actor behind Optimus Prime, Grimlock, Cliffjumper, Warpath, and Lugnut in Transformers: Animated, as well as Hardshell in Transformers: Prime.
Susan Blu is the voice of Arcee in the original Transformers cartoon, and Transformers: Animated, as well as the voice of Transmutate in Beast Wars. Sue Blu is also the voice director on many animated series including Transformers: Animated, Beast Wars, and the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon.
Paul Eiding is the voice actor behind Perceptor in Transformers G1. He has many voice acting credits including Colonel Roy Campbell in the Metal Gear Solid video game series, Chichiyaku in the Academy Award winning film Spirited Away, and Grandpa Max in the Emmy Award winning Ben 10. He also has many on-screen television appearances including Mad About You, Grey's Anatomy, and Star Trek: The Next Generation.
Andy Barnett brings to life Rhinox in the final part Netflix's Transformers: War for Cybertron trilogy in Transformers: War for Cybertron: Kingdom. Andy Barnett has won multiple voice over awards, and his voice is also heard on Discovery Channel's Dino Hunters, as well as various sketches on Saturday Night Live and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
