@@thefirebrothers3739 I mean, like, half of the rise of the beasts cast was wasted. Battletrap and Rhinox did litteraly nothing important to the plot, Nightbird didn't live up the hype, and the scorponoxs barely appeared..... And it's still my third favorite transformers movie.
Well, at least Rhinox and Cheetor survived, so there's definitely still hope for them to be redeemed in the sequels. Shame the same can't be said for Airazor or any of the Terrorcons...
Yes I’m happy that this series came back the whole movie news just wasn’t working for me and this channel was meant to be like this crazy kind of Transformers content and In love it
I agree! I actually like this version of starscream because he was actually kinda loyal to megatron (especially in ROTF) , wish they utilized him more and gave him more screentime
I still find it unforgivable that Megatron's big 3 followers, Starscream, Soundwave, and Shockwave, were little more than background cameo appearances in the movies.
The most wasted potential this Starscream had was not being voiced by Michael Wincott as he would’ve done a way badass job voicing Starscream and if you played Darksiders 2 which he voiced death or if you watch Treasure Planet in which he voiced Scroop, Wincott’s voice performance sounds badass.
I dunno, I’d rather just keep Charlie Adler. His voice really fit Starscream’s character and he was a lot of fun to have around despite his limited role.
@@awesomeproductions7755booooo, Michael Wincott would do a way better job and it’s like you never heard Michael Wincott’s voice nor you never played Darksiders 2 in which Michael Wincott voices Death.
@@EvaEstera who Michael Wincott? Because in my personal opinion, he would do a way more bad ass job voicing Starscream so he can sound more intimidating and terrifying.
For the most part this is good I’d take your idea BUT I’d change his design between the first and second move to where he has a more original g1 body but his wings fold and slide into and around his back like a cape and he has kinda a crown on his head and in the third movie the crown would be gone and the cape slightly shorter
when i saw Onslaught was going to be in Transformers The Last Knight, i was really hoping to see the combaticons and Bruticus in the movie, but i was very disappointed in that missed potential of seeing them in it, so they are a good opportunity to show why there a missed potential like starscream is
@@thefirebrothers3739That would be awesome, the ds version is way better then the movie in my opinion and I even like the movies though but they definitely had there issues
Well? Besides being killed by Sam and the allspark? Bayverse starscream technically never failed a order he was giving so he was kinda competent and dangerous
@@thefirebrothers3739 well in the comics he does shines and games, but yeah in the movies he lost badly. But hey? To be fair almost every version of starscream gets a very humiliating moment. Like TFA starscream; Blackmailed by a little girl. TFA starscream; got his ass kicked by a teenage girl since he lost the armor. BVerse starscream: he lost to Sam, but hey? At least he did not lose to a child this time.
Forgot to mention: In the first movie, Starscream actually was attacking Megatron towards the end of their fight with Prime. You can see that the jet that was firing at Meg was flying BELOW buildings, and as stated before, F22 pilots would never fly below buildings - that's alien, and that ain't friendly.
The issue here is that Michael Bay is a bad director. So that detail alone isn’t reliable evidence to support that theory, because the guy directing the film doesn’t have that kind of attention to detail.
I made a video about how wasted Starscream was in the bayfilms and it's disappointing how MB portrays these iconic characters. Personally I'm ok with his design but not his character I agree that the comics were way better than the films that's because there's a difference between them, the people that write the movies hardly use the source material or they just don't know TF, the comics and other adaptations know what they're doing and try their best to handle the character. I know this can be annoying but would like to check out the video I made and see what you think about it? You don't have to if you don't wanna.
I'll check it out...if I remember but I agree. You can clearly tell from the comics and the way they are written that they genuine care about the franchise
@@thefirebrothers3739 fs! His return could been like a major pay off or eventual accomplishment made perhaps not by Starscream (for obvious reasons, haha 😆) but by some faction of Decepticons for sure
Awesome Fire. I always loved your channel and even though I kept getting in trouble for watching your channel, I just kept watching. Keep up the Amazing work and i hope you get millions of subscribers ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I do enjoy Bayverse Starscream's design. Mainly because he has a silhouette that's unique to him and that universe like roughly with the other Bayverse Decepticons. Also, a comparison I would make for the Bayverse Cybertronians is like comparing the classic green/grey men for organic aliens and that of the Yautja AKA The Predator. As well as the Xenomorph from the Alien franchise shows that organic aliens are supposed to be different from the classic alien design. Not all organic or mechanical aliens will have the same design. In the real world, if aliens do exist, then they will look different than what we have created from movies.
P.S Audio cuts around the 5 Min mark cause of copyright last for less than a minute though Here if you want to catch up on all 20+ episodes of this series lol ru-vid.com/group/PL5QyRit0RrLqCCZXyhz5YAcweM2ThS69H
For me I really like Starscream Design One of My Favorites Bayverse Designs with Ironhide, Ratchet, Jazz, Sideswipe, Dino, & Jolt I like Starscream Movie Design with out his tattoo Better in 2007 i Don’t care he look like Doritos but I like Design I love Studio Series Voyager Class Starscream is Great Figure & One of The Best Studio Series
Anyway My Favorite Bayverse Character & Design is Ironhide The Weapon Specialist he send out Character for me same with Ratchet, Jazz & Sideswipe but Ironhide is my favorite I’m hoping you do Wasted Potential On Ironhide Soon because he Deserves one after His Shocking, Horror & Painful Death By Sentient Prime I’m still mad and sad what Sentient did for Poor Ironhide with No Mercy RIP Ironhide
I kind of think Starscream could have got a better death in the third movie I never read the comic books but I don't know if he ever died in the comic books because I don't have comic books and never read them but I do have like I think 3 comic books 1 smokescreen the other one is his brother skywarp starsky's brother skywarp and then the other comic book is a different version of Starscream but I think his death should have been better so he killed Sam killed Starscream I think the only one he should have got killed at either Megatron or Optimus Prime or Ironhide but yeah I don't know or maybe someone else or maybe he shouldn't never died in the third movie kind of think he should have just backstab Megatron multiple times and and all the other stuff and he would have been better but yeah
@@thefirebrothers3739 wow you actually replied? Huh that's shocking. But? I got two questions? What if Blackout won against starscream? How he do as leader of the decapticons? And also? Starscream Bayverse littlerly flies though a space bridge just to kill dreadwing....hmmmm While this starscream does not have a pretty face, he does have skills and strength to back up ..and with how he plans stuff? Along with some even Almost work...why is his intelligence on a 4 on his toy?
Wait a second I know why the left side of Starscreams head was so blown apart after the boomstick went off, see when he was scraping the pavement trying to get the boomstick and the grapple out of his face the boomstick was pushed further into his head causing more damage and leading to that part of his head flying off after the explosion
@@thefirebrothers3739 exactly, they both got killed by Shia lebou (I don't know how to spell his last name) if anything megatron should be more sympathetic to him
*Most* Bayverse fans love a character just because, then this man just disses on them. Pure comedy. Please do Battletrap and Nightbird from ROTB. I don't know how crazy you are but if you're doing wasted potential on Bayverse Decepticons you're going to at this for a while, a crap ton of "major" cons were pretty wasted in the Bayverse. And for the Knightverse fans, though your favorite universe has more promise, I'll be giving you guys this. Blitzwing to Knightverse Blitzwing: Why don't you go build a bridge and jump off it. These are the jokes
Starscream in the movies was realy intimidating, especialy in the first movie where his voice doesn't sound like his usual voices. Also, if you listen to his cyebetronian voice, you will find NOTHING to laught at. It's realy cool and he sounds genuinely scary. It's actualy realy interesting.
Being as done with the Bayformer films as I was by TLK, I had never seen it. But wtf is that BS at 12:14? Do you have any idea how heavy a fully mechanical object of that size would be?!? No fucking way that just had this dude casually push it away from him………
The problem with starscream is he’s theoretically so OP that the writers had to nerf him to realistically give the human characters a chance to run the narrative. Which lead to him being embarrassingly stupid and bad. (I actually love this starscream but he’s unfortunately super nerfed)
@@hazardous8301 want to back that claim up with facts? In the bayverse movies, starscream is megatrons general, he’s the fastest by a country mile, and decepticon weaponry aside, he has the load out of an F-22 Raptor, which is like, one of if not the most badass and OP fighter jets in human history. In mere seconds starscream took out bumblebees legs, messed up ratchet and ironhide, and if it weren’t for him running away for literally no reason other than “the plot needed the autobots to not just fold like a cheap lawn chair” he would have finished those three off Right then and there. Imagine speaking without having anything intelligent to say.
@@Bindersquinch lol damn dude, you’re fanboy is showing. First you claimed they nerfed Starscream. Implying he’s stronger in other iterations then he is here. If anything you disproved your own point with that comment. If you were simply implying that he was “nerfed” just because the plot made him make stupid decisions, that isn’t nerfing the character, it’s just bad writing, so maybe pick your wording a bit better next time. If you were in fact still implying that he is stronger in other transformers media, then this is true of literally all the cybertronians, as in most media human weapons can’t do shit against them. As far as how he scaled to other characters in the verse, if anything he’s stronger in the Bay verse then most media. Star scream has never been weak mind you, but compared to the other members of the big 4 decepticons, which is Megatron, Shockwave, and soundwave, Star scream has ALWAYs been the weakest among them, a fact proven over and over again, as he generally gets his shit kicked in by each one of them and one point or another in every continuity. And don’t use the argument that SC is megatrons second in command, being while technically true, Megatron always respects and trust the opinions and advice from the other two considerably more. Not to mention Star scream is his second for two reasons. First SC was the leader of the cybertronian Air Force before joining the decepticons, and brought a lot of his men with him, thus Megatron saw fit to give him that rank due to his high standing. Second, Because when he first joined, SC was fiercely loyal to the cause, and was a highly skilled commander, who’s position as leader of the flyers, and most skilled among them, earned him a great deal of prestige during the early years of the war. But just as the war did with all the decepticons, it changed him. SC being second doesn’t change his standing on the power scale. Literally everyone who actually follows TF lore know he’s the weakest of the four, and your aggressive response is honestly just amusing, especially since it kinda just disproves your original point. As for your point about the Jet being a superior vehicle form thus meaning he must be the strongest, also isn’t a valid argument, and a cybertronians vehicle form isn’t a valid case for power level. For example Megatron and Optimus are generally equals, despite the fact that Optimus is always a truck, while Megatron is generally a fucking tank or alien spaceship.
@@hazardous8301 "your fanboy is showing" *proceeds to write a fucking novel*. I wasnt comparing starscream to other iterations in my initial comment you fucking simpleton, but I guess reading comprehension isn't your strong suit. This starscream was nerfed using bad writing, which was pretty crystal clear to anybody else who read my comment, but I guess you woke up and drank a gallon of stupid juice. I'm not talking about any other iteration of starscream besides bayverse here, you're the one that brought that up. Saying he's weaker than the other main cons is super debatable so you can argue until you're blue in the face for all I care. You literally agree with me about bayverse screamers power, but then tell me I'm wrong based on my wording, which would be pedantic at best if my wording was incorrect, but it wasn't, you just couldn't seem to grasp the point. Bad writing getting in the way of a character's potential is absolutely a "nerf" and makes complete sense in a vacuum.
@@thefirebrothers3739 also Starscreams smugness really fits being a F-15 if you look at its combat record the F-22 is to good a plane for Starscream although i can see Skywarp as an F-22 but still not looking like movie Starscream
