If I had a nickle every time a Megatron voiced by David Kaye wanted a loyal clone of treacherous soldier that left to fight for the opposing side, I would have 2 nickles. Which isn't a lot, but very specific how it happens.

0:44 uh actually BW Megatron Scorponok is not entirely wrong since it is a reference coming from Episode Prime problems of G1 since you had the same idea that Megatron G1 had cloned Optimus prime, but at least his clone can transform like the same ability as the real Optimus prime

Well while Megatron's season 1 plans were usually pretty stupid, he cranks it up big time in the second and third seasons (save for that ONE Season 3 episode)
Why would BW Megatron create a clone of Dinobot and not give it the ability to transform? At least when the actual Dinobot fought the fake one he decided to give the clone a fair fight.

Technically, Dinobot is not a cannibal. Because the clone was built artificially, there for it wasn't cybertronion. So it would only be cannibalism if the clone was natural and not a normal robot

2:42 technically you'd be ripping off that episode of g1 where megatron made a clone of optimus to trick the autobots, and the real and fake optimus had to go through a bunch of trial to see whos the real one
I'm guessing that the clone can't transform because it was cloned from only the DNA of Dinobots organic mode and without the CNA of his robot mode. (Just my headcanon)
