Same thing happen with my WFC Kingdom rewind. Where one of limbs popped off. I recently redid my room. Had room for figures. Blaster was one didn't way to hang on wall. Opened it up. Put with my soundblaster and G1 Blaster. I am glad to have the WFCK one. Animated one is more cooler but I am happy to have new blaster to ad my collection finally. I missed out on headmaster one.
It's so LAZY for them to recolor the Kingdom Blaster as a "Studio 86" release. On the flipside, it gives those who couldn't find the Kingdom release, another crack at him i guess. So it's whatever.
I do like the SS-86 version, but my one nit pic is that I prefer the clear chest, especially since twincast has the clear chest and I'm sure we won't be getting a repaint of that. I had the kingdom version and sold it in favor of SS 86.
I prefer the Kingdom deco Blaster, but the Studio 86 Eject. Not going to buy a whole new Blaster for the cassette, though. Didn't get Twincast for the same reason (and I don't give a toss for most of the Japanese characters).
7:49 clear plastic should only be used on things not for transformation or being painted. If clear plastic will ruin a toy’s aesthetic? Like with SS86 Ironhide and Earthrise Sunstreaker? Don’t use clear plastic.
I stick with my kingdom with to few toy hax I got from Raz great guy and youtuber so are you . Eject great but not worth buying him again even with G1 blaster bein very special to me Im looking forward to 86 steel jaw
Studio Series gets my vote. Blaster looks better with more brighter colour. Also prefer the Autobot symbol on the yellow moreso than the white backed one. Kingdom wins on the transparent window though. I'd miss that a bit even though as you say it looks nice on Studio. Kinda strange to provide a cassette and print a fake one on the door.
@@lonedragon3261 I haven't gotten him out of storage in awhile. Idk. But I do have other figures that are yellowing like earthrise Megatron and actually Astrotrain.
@@ToySpotlite Ram horn will carry the other speaker. Stop antagonizing mods. Let me post like the rest. You won't get away with it later. Just remember what goes around comes around. It happens to all of satan's rejects.
@@ToySpotlite It is not you. It is the mods. They have been giving me trouble to post my own posts since this past January of this year. If they didn't make it so hard by just letting me post I wouldn't say anything to them but they keep pushing it every time.
I received the Twincast version of the mold as a gift and honestly i hated the grey translucent cassette. It seemed it was just a featureless blob. Fast forward to the SS86 Blaster I bought for myself and his companion in solid plastic actually has details and is displayed with the rest of my collection instead of just sitting in his chest.
This was such a hard choice for me (for Blaster I mean, the 86 Eject looks way better than Kingdom, no contest) Overall I think I like the placements of the deco on 86 Blaster, but I like the darker black and darker coloring on the face on Kingdom; 86's face just looks a little TOO white to me, almost ghostlike. Maybe it'd have been better if they made the part above his face a little more gray or silver so the white wouldn't pop quite as much? Chest I can go either way on, the translucent and colored windows both look good, though I might slightly prefer the white outline on Kingdom's Autobot insignia. Both are really solid to the point where I wouldn't have bothered getting the 86 if it didn't have a vastly superior Eject
Classic case of double dipping. I'm personally not mad at anyone who buys the SS86 Blaster and Rewind simply to swap it with the Kingdom version when they return it. I'm sticking with the Kingdom Blaster. I'm content with the 3P Rewind and Eject.
I like the Studio Series Version, but having the Kingdom version already, I don't feel like dropping an extra $35 for it. But who knows, I may end up needing a new toy, and Studio Series Blaster is there...
Personally, overall, I prefer the kingdom/legacy Blaster but the studio series eject. the solid colors on Eject are far superior, its just easier to tell it is Eject. I do like some of the color changes on the studio series Blaster, the toes matching the shins looks better for example but I prefer the black over the darker grey in the thighs, hands, elbows and the shoulder. I also prefer the clear chest window and head of the earlier version. So as an overall package I prefer the earlier blaster, but I will be looking for that eject sold separately in the aftermarket...
Well The new Studio Series 86 BLaster is better for not using clear plastic and the new Eject is definitely better, but the paint jobs are very similar. What we need as a repaint is Rosanna . 🎵All I wanna do when I wake up in the morning is see your eyes. 🎶 Rosanna !
Your Kingdom Blaster isn't yellowing? I got the first Kingdom Blaster and the buttons and handle are yellowing already. Also, Cyclonus and Netflix Soundwave are yellowing. Worst of it is, Cyclonus started yellowing first, and he's never been out of the back room....the windowless back room. So, it's definitely a problem with the plastic because there's no chance the sun hit him.
