Hey guys the Fire Brothers here and today I'm talking about some of the cut/deleted movie content from Transformers The Last Knight, the amount of stuff that TLK has cut/shelved is so ridiculous is not even funny, I think there is enough content I didn't cover to make a full-on part 2 and 3. In this video I will be going over deleted scenes, characters that got cut, changes from the trailers and commercials as well as anything else in between. The last video where I cover Transformers Age Of Extinction did amazingly well so I'm continuing this with TLK and might do DOTM next since I have been doing a lot of videos around that movie lately, let me know which one of these deleted scenes and cut contents surprised you the most and what changes you would have liked to have been kept for the final release of the movie. So sad that the franchise had to die, leaving us on a cliffhanger. I hate it when that happens! Maybe one day we can get a proper ending on Paramount+ or via a multiverse crossover like Spider-Man: No Way Home or The Flash? Please? 🥺

Ironic how Paramount limited Bay's screentime on the ONE movie that needed it the most. TLK wouldn't feel nearly as cluttered if it had a little more trasition between topics.

Barricade in TLK was a 10/10 design I'm glad that, the design is the basis for the Evergreen design of Barricade

@@Shadow-en1uy i also would have give nemesis and bee amuch better fight i think if we had shockwave , starscream , soundwave , the dreads , brawl , bonecrusher , ironhide , sideswipe , dino , jazz and ratchet were in the last knight movie it would have more exiting so the things would have eliminat from the movie was off cource all the humans , quintessa , the knights , cogman , canopy and unicron i would have put autobots and decpticons fighting there war i secret without any humans i would have put optimus being controled by the decpticons with the plan of going back to see cybertron and reclaim it and optimus doesn't goes back to normal because of bumblebee's voice i would put bee recovering he's voice with the help of ratchet and hound after he was almost killed y prime i wold have also put that optimus trie to break from the mind controlled thing and him saying '' forgive me '' like in the trailer and also i would have put a fight with nemesis and all the autobots and then because bumblebee fighting him he gaints more strengh to fight back nemesis and also well the decepticons the villians but nemesis prime would be the main villian so this is pretty much tf darkness within because i think that story it shows how the movies would be without any humans and with out any story changed

You know if Paramount ever decides to do an official director’s cut of this film, I suggest keep the scene with Nemesis gunning Bee down to the ground, the fight with Megatron and Optimus/Nemesis at the entrance, keep some of the dialogue, and fix some of the scene with less humour. Can’t wait for Part 2 and 3 for more details on TLK. #ReleaseTheBayCut

Great video! I always thought it was interesting just how much stuff was cut or changed, especially in the apparent alternate version of the film with different dialogue and scenes. Nitro Zeus having two voice actors is especially weird.

Not sure if you addressed it in the video or not, but Nitro Zeus also had a voice change, with Steven Barr being replaced by John DiMaggio in the final film and much of his dialogue changed. There was this fight scene that was never filmed that was supposed to happen between Drift and Mohawk but it was cut. I kinda wish it was kept so we could see Mohawks fighting style

In the IMAX showing there were characters that said different lines of dialogue for some scenes. I think one of them was nitro zeus.

I still feel that in TLK Megatron was supposed to be originally the good guy and Optimus becoming the Evil Nemesis Prime, but I feel last minute Hasbro might have thought it would be a bad Idea to turn both this characters on opposite sites, so they may have changed the story. Again this is just my opinion after watching the TLK Trailers.

In one of dotm trailers i remember seeing optimus fighting decepticons in the streets of Chicago similar to the scene in the movie where he has the rage moment.

This is the saddest case in my opinion, TLK could have been very good if some one actually gived a shit about this movie duringo it's production.

I know the previous Transformers films weren't flawless, tightly written masterpieces, but at least they stuck to the continuity that, besides Megatron, the Seekers and the Fallen, Optimus and the others arrived to Earth in modern times, while this film made so many blatant errors, it almost felt intentional, like the robots having their modern day forms despite being in the 1800s or WW1. There were articles saying that TLK had a whole new writing staff who had access to the Transformers Library, and because the MCU was at its peak popularity, other franchises were trying to start their own cinematic universes, Transformers tried to do that too, starting with this movie. Perhaps crossover with G.I. Joe, etc. To hear all these levels of "we're prepared, we got this", only to see this film... I really wonder what happened behind the scenes. This movie doesn't feel like a typical Michael Bay movie either, there are so many editing errors, characters blatantly appearing and disappearing in shots, it's like someone deleted segments of the final film in random spots, and given how Bay was so done with Transformers by this point, I almost wonder if he sabotaged it so Hasbro would let him leave. Just a theory, I could be dead wrong, maybe the film was tampered with by Producers.

"Sting like a bee" is in the movie. He says it on my dvd. Also you focused on trailer footage that was mostly unfinished cgi as opposed to actual deleted scenes. I really feel you could have looked at the concept art or actual trailer differences more. Granted the video would have been like 3 hours long but I wouldn't complain lol

I'm going to admit I loved AOE because the main trilogy was finished and i'd love to think it takes place in a universe where the autobots won Chicago then these 2 movies happened. 2007-2011 being where autobots win rebuild Chicago and build Autobot city with N.E.S.T

*Paramount and Hasbro REALLY didn't like Michael Bay, it seems. This film obviously had more fantastic content than we would ever see, and to consider not only the production team was RUSHED to cut this film, it ends with a cliffhanger. That just seems wrong, this movie could have been so much more. If Bay was payed to continue after Dark Of The Moon, he should at least end it in his vision, not waste him off and replace him with Bumblebee.*

@@thefirebrothers3739, I disagree. To be honest, I like the ending of "The Last Knight" more than "Dark of the Moon", apart from the cliffhanger. The ending of "Dark of the Moon" was kind of incomplete. And, honestly, "Age of Extinction" is my favorite film of the franchise.

I would have kept more transformers scenes in and I agree that the theme that TLK was executed pretty poorly I really like the concepts they tried to use for all of the movies but as far as I’m concerned oh the actual execution of those concepts couldn’t have failed more miserably

The last knight imo and very strong opinion was a dumpster fire like it made zero sense. It literally contradicted the continuity the story was all over the place and didn't make sense. I mean the CGI as usual looks amazing. I kind of glad we got the new transformers universe

They really did screw up this movie hard. It's a shame the movie had to be this weird poorly-stitched together abomination it became The worst part is, even with all the deleted scenes, the movie would still be bad because there's just way too much stuff and concepts in it, the WW2 & Witwiccan nonsense would still exist, the plot starts way too late either way and the decepticon squad would still die too early. Would it be a better film? Yes but not a good either. The only good things/improvements that would come out of the original 3h cut would be more TF screentime, explanations to stuff and the soundtrack. The Last Knight should've been a two-parter, like originally planned. Imo, they doomed the film the moment they decided to bring the Writers' Room.

Here's the interesting question; if the movie stayed at the original length, would it be a success or still a flop because of Bay? At least that's what I get from reviews from critics and favs; "oh yay, another Bay from." Plus with fans how it's not G1 and the human debate. Though I wonder how the conversation about ending the universe and deciding after all the uncertainty then suddenly RoTB is a trilogy? So 1 & 2 will be guaranteed success. Just says G1 safety net to me especially when it's one flop out if 5 but oh that's the end let's focus on a era now and I'm thinking lightly on BW elements rather than a reboot and goodbye Bay. Seeing all the "it's not G1 enough" to "finally "real" movies" and people saying not a true fan if you're not looking forward to RoTB, just tells me how impossible it is to make something most fans will like. Obviously not everyone will like something. Oh and a few other nasty comments.

This film is what happens when the creators stop caring. CGI looks floaty and rushed, story was purposefully fucked so they can introduce the whole knight and ww2 stuff, smh. I hate this film mostly bc it had potential to be something amazing. Cut out the knight, WW2 stuff and focus on the Nemisis, Quintessa, autobots and Decepticon’s and this would’ve been so good. Unfortunately that’s not what happened. Is what it is.

well I would give transformers one chance to make this movie better, like Snider's Justice league. Like yeah we are sorry, we did it wrong but we want redemption so here is better upgraded longer movie, for fans. That should bayformers get, not just a reboot, this one last chance, and after that go on with reboot
