Quintessa called herself the Prime of Life. The Creator hand is pretty much an organic version of ancient Transformers or Primes like the Fallen. Quintessa and the Fallen are pretty similar wanting to destroy Earth opposed by a group of ancient Transformers that want to protect Humans. Optimus in the TF1 prologue said nobody knew where the Allspark came from yet in in AOE knew the existence of Creators via cyberformed planets. Transformers always knew they were built despite being born as Hatchlings. Sentinel Prime said the Primes were gods on Cybertron. Quintessa sees herself as one. Where does this lead to? The Creators evolved into the Primes with the Transformers as their creations tapping into the power of the Allspark and it's related artifacts the Matrix and the Staff. The Fallen had most of the Primes' descendants murdered but Optimus, Sentinel and Quintessa escaped the purge. Sentinel was on an expedition which Sam mentioned in ROTF. Quintessa was exiled. Optimus raised aboard the Knight Ship.

My understanding of it is that Quintessa is an amalgamation of Quintus Prime(the creator of the Quintessons), and Liege Maximo(the great deciever of the first 13 primes).

Anyone remember the first movie? When Prime was narrating he said that the cube was the reason that the transformers actually existed, I think that the cube came into contact with cybertron and it created the quintessons, or it built quintessa. Which is why the transformers exist.

It is entirely possible that you could have a situation similar to ego in Guardians of the Galaxy where despite being a planet he could manifest himself into a smaller form in order to move around. So even though they probably won't explore it it could be possible that the physical embodiment of quintessa is a projection from the planet quintessa which could make her in theory a creation of the quintessons

Optimus Prime was created by another prime.

As I know, Primus is the "benevolent" godlike entity in the fictional Transformers comic universe who fought against the Chaos-Bringer Unicron. The Lord of the Light, Primus is the being who created the Transformers to help him defeat Unicron. And I think that Primus is the planet Cybertron.

I'm probably biased as it's the one I grew up with, but the original G1 Unicron/Primus backstory remains my favoured origin for the Transformers. It just felt more epic. Would love to see a proper movie adaption of it; it manages to meld the incredible technology laden world of the Transformers with a more mystical and etheral side, with Unicron/Primus as two godlike beings from millions/billions of years ago who can move between physical and astral planes.

ACTUALLY Her Origin Can Come From One Of The 13 Primes, Quintus Prime, Who Created The Quintessons. Considering That The Quintessons Were The Creators, Maybe She Rebelled Against The Quintessons Too And Decided To Make Her Own Plans. Considering That, She Could've Been Exiled To Some Other Planet And Coincidentally Landed On Cybertron And Decided To Make It Her Supposed Home. But Seeing How Broken It Was, He Had To Find A Way To Rebuild It. Finding Out There Were Inhabitants Stronger Than Her That Were Out Of The Plant Itself, She Decided To Try And Take Control Of Them So She Can Recreate The Planet. Another Thing That Should Be Remembered Is That Megaton Never Had The Red Mark In The Previous Movies. Meaning His Loyalty To Unicorn. But In His Encounter With Quintessa, He Was Deceived By Her Causing Him To Turn Into Her Side. And To Consider That Megaton Leads The Decepticons, Welp, Bada Bing Bada Boom. Since she is a Quintesson she was created by Quintus Prime (One of the 13 primes) the Quintessons took over cybertron but then the 12 knights rebelled

Well she called herself "The Prime of life" and in the Covenant of Primus, Quintus Prime was the Prime of Life and one of the Original 13 Primes. Although the Bayformers alludes to only being 7 Primes in the beginning, it doesn't mean they were in fact only 7. In Transformers history of the Primes, there were 2 particular Primes that were treasonous, Liege Maximo and Megatronus Prime (The Fallen). Maximo was the Prime of Entropy, who with the taint of Unicron before his defeat by 12 of the Primes, made Maximo instill hate and distrust, which started with Megatronus and lead him to kill Solus Prime in a rage. The Primes fell into conflict and then the 13th Prime (The Arisen, Optimus Prime) emerged and sacrificed himself to unite all the rest and would later reincarnate. So to make it part of the Bayformers twisted non sensical backstory, Many Primes were possibly killed, but not all, so it is possible that Quintus or Quintessa Prime left and gave birth to the Quintesons, whom with the lead of Quintessa in turn had invaded Cybertron and in a time mass produced Cybertronians without sparks, to which those that had Sparks rebelled and using the Allspark gave life to the mass produced ones. The 12 guardians being the first mass produced ones to be given life and allowed the purging of Quintesons and Quintessa. So then Quintesons continue their marauding through space seeding and cyber forming planets at the behest of Quintessa, while she found out what happened and took the advantage of the situation to return to Cybertron. This is my take to make some sort of sense on the now defunct Bayformers series.

I think it’s simply time for Megatron and Optimus to team up, we where brothers once, Megatron couldn’t bring himself to end Optimus at the end and then Optimus instead of going for the kill on Megatron or it woulda been a little bit longer of a fight, he just decides to kick him off the ship, yes he easily lives even if he can’t transform without his arm, he’s still got his jet boosters!

My vision focuses on her other name, the "mad goddess." If she truly is a goddess, then she may not have been truly planning to rebuild Cybertron. She just planned to take out two birds with one stone - use Cybertron to destroy both Primus and Unicron. She could be the opposite of what the Allspark was - Quintessa could be the embodiment of destruction whereas the Allspark was the embodiment of life for the Cybertronians.

The Quintessons aren't the creators of transformers because the 13 primes (more specifically Quintus prime) created the Quintessons, and the thirteen original primes were made by Primus, and Primus himself was forged by 'The One' who represented order and chaos in harmony. The organic hand was probably a being working for the creators (probably Primus), sent to cyberform earth.

I'm sucking will what I said, I believe that Quintessa is Quintus Prime from the Aligned Continuity reimagined. In the Aligned Continuity Quintus Prime join Megatronus and betrayed the rest of the 13 Original Primes, Quintus Prime then created the Quintessions.

Here's how I think it goes A cosmic being that explores the universe splits into two beings being Primus and Unicron Primus being a manifestation of its compassion and unicorn being a manifestation of its malevolence Primus uses his spark energy to create the original 13 primes(the ones we see in rotf)and using the thirteenth primes spark(optimus) they cast Unicron out of their star system but in doing so caused him to lose his memory and become orian pax and Primus transforms into their homeworld a few thousand years later an alien race of beings called the quintesons discover they can build transformers using seeds realising this the remaining 12 primes set out to stop the quintessons from playing god they attack quintesson homeworld scattering the species and one manages to transfer its mind into a cybernetic body and take a powerful staff with it and names itself after it's homeworld Quintessa after using the technology to create more transformers using the well of all sparks to give them sparks they create the guardian knights and by studying a small blue planet with primitive but large lizards they create the dinobots and create a vast empire and naming their homeworld Cybertron but they need an energy source to function so 11 of the primes go on a voyage through the cosmos to harvest sun's while the twelfth prime Sentinel prime looks after orian as it was his idea to use optimus's spark to cast out Unicron and he feels guilty on the voyage the primes have one rule never destroy a planet with life but one doesn't see the reason for this rule Megatronus prime but the urge isn't big enough for him to act on yet. Millions of years later orian pax has entertained himself as a librarian archiving all of cybertronian history while sentinel overseas everything Megatronus prime has closed himself off from most of the other primes as he starts to hear a voice in his head telling him he should go to earth so when energon is at an all time low the primes prepare to go on another voyage for the sake of their people Megatronus prime suggests earth as its sun is young and potent the others remind him of their rule but he reminds them of the fact that a meteor struck the earth centuries ago the other primes reluctantly agree to go to earth. Once they land they begin construction on the sun harvester but once they finish one of them discover very small onlookers though they are frustrated they have to continue their search they are also curious about the new species that has taken root on this planet but Megatronus prime is furious the voice in his head is practically screaming in his audio receptor to turn on the machine and these puny ants don't deserve protection then the voice tells him to think of optimus and how he's suffering and she is his salvation hearing this makes Megatronus snap as he steals the key only to stopped by his brothers who found out about his plan they battle and nearly lose but managed to get the matrix from him they know the only way they can protect the matrix and the humans is to sacrifice themselves but before they do they send a message to sentinel saying that orian must be trained in the ways of a prime because Megatronus is has been influenced by Unicron and they need to find a new energon source before making a tomb out of their own bodies sentinel though being distressed at this understands In private he tells orian the truth about his past and sends him to train with another cybertronian who would be his brother in arms together they accomplish many good deeds together and the threat of Megatronus now christened the Fallen never comes optimus's brother has named himself Megatronus and has become the general of the cybertronian military and in his free time fights in the pits of kaon while optimus has branched out and has become a form of role model for most cybertronians while still being a gentle librarian at heart after discovering the all spark and creating a new sun to harvest every few generations sentinel takes optimus aside and asks of he wants to take sentinels place as the ruler of cybertron and refuses but unbeknownst to either of them Megatronus was listening and heard the whole thing and becomes jealous because optimus was chosen first and not him and that optimus refused such an honour a few days later a statue of a peculiar symbol lands like a meteor on cybertron both optimus and Megatronus investigate Megatronus makes contact and a red light bursts out of the eyes of the statue and into Megatronus making his eyes red and he blacks out he has a vision of the fallen walking towards him hand outstretched as if asking Megatronus to shake his hand when he wakes up optimus and sentinel are in front of him but he feels a rage he hasn't felt and he tells sentinel that he heard everything and how dare he then it evolves into a screaming match between sentinel and Megatronus ending with Megatronus pushing past sentinel and storming out optimus calls for his old friend but Megatronus stops turns around and says:Megatronus is no more I AM MEGATRON and walks out with optimus following behind to bring him back then sentinel starts hearing a voice saying megatron is right about everything he is confused and angry but he says it's just in his head it temporarily leaves days pass and optimus hasn't heard from megatron then an explosion goes off in the distance and optimus fears the worst and heads there and see's megatron stand there over the bodies of dead cybertronians with Ironhide rachet and jazz struggling to get up the war has begun megatron and optimus battle but since megatron spent more time fighting in the arena optimus is struggling megatron tries to get optimus to see things on his point of view but optimus refuses to listen and punches megatron in the face megatron feels he's wasting time and flies off years pass and the autobot and decepticon factions are born with the autobots being led by sentinel with optimus as his second in command and the decepticons being led by megatron with starscream as his second in command centuries pass and bots are dying left and right and sentinel has sent the allspark away in order to keep it out of megatrons hands but Megatron isn't stopping but calls for a peace treating and sentinel hears it but unbeknownst to even optimus quintessa had improved her manipulation skills telling sentinel to hear what megatron has to say so he honours it and goes to megatrons castle dark mount and hears what he has to say and quintessa tells sentinel to agree with megatron so he does and sentinel tells him that the allspark is on earth and that he'll meet him there and uses the pillars to open a space bridge to earth and megatron asks what he'll be doing until then and sentinel tells him not to worry he'll be there after megatron enters the space bridge sentinel tells optimus he's the leader of the autobots and sets off in the ark but a group of seekers mistake the ark for an enemy ship and shoot out the thrusters optimus watchs in horror as he loses sight of the ark in the explosion only to crash into earth's moon in thousands of years sentinel goes into power down to survive hoping megatron will find him but unfortunately megatron had crash landed in the Arctic circle when he went through the space bridge and went into stasis lock back on cybertron the inhabitants are considering abandoning the planet starting with the guardian knights who are intercepted by quintessa who makes them her slaves until they revolt and steal her staff then the Dinobots leave cybertron and are captured one by one by quintessas new cybertronian bounty hunter lockdown who's job is to bring her all primes and the knights crash land on earth in the dark ages and are discovered by merlin who later convinces them to help the British defeat the saxons creating the order of witwickens in 1894 a well known member of the witwickens captain Archibald witwicky(one of the members named their surname after the order) goes to explore the Arctic circle as a cover and is actually going there to find megatron so the knights can properly dispose of him only to be driven mad by megatron imprinting the location of the allspark on his glasses and blinding him in the process and the first seven who are secretly witwickens discover the allspark in 1913 and 21 years later discover megatron who is moved into the room next the allspark and the hoover dam is built around them to keep any outside forces from using either for their own uses in 1955 the ark finally crashes into earth's moon triggering the space race Niel Armstrong and Buzz aldrin search the ship the ship but have to go as the ark is too big to be searched fully fast forward to 2007 where a military Base picks up a chopper on their radar that crashed months ago and a teen about to get his first car to impress a girl and the rest is history

I honestly really like this set of theories that was just mentioned; About evil female alien robotic being (Quintessa) & about her own race that she is from, and to add her secret agenda that she might have.

I believe that The Creators from Transformers 4 could’ve built Quintessa and the Quintessons first to test their technology. Afterwards 65 million years ago The Creators cyberform organic planets such as Earth into Transformium which was used to create the Transformers using The AllSpark back on Cybertron. The Creators could have hired Quintessa to kill Unicron & Primus in order to destroy Cybertron out of existence: since Dark Energon would only damage Cybertron. Finally they hired Lockdown to capture the knights and Optimus Prime so that the remaining Transformers would kill each other

In the original G1 series and the Aligned continuity, the “creators” are the Quintessons, an alien race who invaded Cybertron during prehistoric times. In reality, the creator of the Transformers was Primus, a god-like entity and archenemy of Unicron. When the Quintessons invaded Cybertron, they enslaved the Transformers and brainwashed the population into believing that they were the creators when it in fact was Primus. That’s how they became the “creators”. Now, I'm not saying it will be exactly the same in the Michael Bay films but I'm guessing the backstory would be similar.

I hope we might get the sequel for the Transformers movies by Michael Bay. So that way we can see all the creators and what they absolutely look like. So that way the Autobots had to defeat all the creators for trying to destroy Earth and all the planets as well

I think Quintessa is simply a hive mind shapeshifter and at best a transformium master. Shes most likely not the self proclaimed “creator of the transformers” though considering she also consists of transformium metal. The prior film had revealed transformium turns into anything the user desires at will. Even in the hands of humans, the material is manipulated. This means, her power is not that unique or “creator like” but in abundance could cause plenty of destruction through creative means. The likes of Lockdown (who was defeated) had access to THOUSANDS OF GALLONS OF IT held on a ship, Millions of years in Earth's (Unicron's) past and able to reconstruct a whole valley of prehistoric lifeforms. On the other hand, Quintessa had power sure, but she was not powerful nor smart enough to hold a massive source of transformium. She successfully corrupted both Megatron and later Prime which was calculated (since they're leaders) but it wasn't ALL Transformers, just two. Prime was even able to overcome her power in one scene. Meaning, mind altering abilities she possessed through touch were temporary and/or limited + she needed minions to even contain Prime/do heavy lifting... Her true form/purpose/origin remains a mystery intentionally imo because I don't think writers could explain her in depth without sounding cliche. There's potential but the intentional absence of lore is strange and yet expands the head cannon of individual viewers after watch. Seems as though she takes the same shape of lifeforms to manipulate their senses - like with the human. Very much an intergalactic “Thing” on all fronts with dominance over all species one by one as her main objective.

She is one of the first primes ever made to defeat or imprison Unicron. Primus is cybertron. Primus and Unicron are brothers. Unicron is the evil but more powerful planet size bot. Primus is also planet size but is weaker. He decide to go to sleep forming cybertron. In the comics it states even the planet was a machine huh who would of thought right? If you go even further back there was just one super sized machine called "the one" that created both Unicron and Primus...If unicron wakes up from his slumber everyone on earth is absolutely dead because the battle between the primes and unicron just ended up with unicron being imprisoned in a rocky surface. I think that Quintesson is the "creator" of cybertron and all and the image of the organizom hand could belong to her when she's like that and must have created a robotic form for her to live forever.

Quintus is one of the original Primes in most continuities. In most she created the Quintessons which as you know are the creators of the Transformers race.

After the 4th film, I always thought that the True Creators (the hand at the start of Age of Extinction) built the Transformers race as an automatic army, or somekind of suit, Iron Man style. But needed organic life to make it, IE killing dinosaurs with it. We know the Transformers as a race are at least 65 odd million years old, the rough date dinosaurs were wiped out. The Cube being created as a way of healing and repearing the Army of Transformers then somehow made them all sentient. some kind of glitch of something Im not sure. Thus creating all the diffrent races of Transformers that we currently know of. Autobots, Decepticons, Constructicons, Dinobots etc. Much like Flint Lockwood's food machine in Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs I suppose. Also, from the second Michael Bay film, we learn that the Transformers race has the ability to breed. "The hatchlings keep dying"-Starscream. Or, at least reproduce in some way or another. Which is similar to the plotline of Jarrasic Park, the dinos in the park are all born female. But, mutate over time and breed with each other as nature intended. Thats my theory anyway. Pretty hair brained really, but i think it stands to reason. Having only ever seen the G1 Transformers: The Moive and not the searies I cant be sure that my idea is 100% accurate. what do you think?

I think actually Quintessa is Solus Prime, and in the thirteens prime Solus is a creator (in fact all the thriteen but for Solus it was her shit, she "found hapiness" in doing that). Because of the bayverse her name is somehow Quintessa, but what i just stated explain very well why she says she is her creator blah blah blah.

Delzinski I have a theory on this, what if Quintessa is a clone of solus prime. Solus prime may be captured by the Quintesson's, and may have cloned her and renamed her Quintessa.

Potential spoilers: Quintessa is named after the Quintesson home planet. She's actually the face of a Quintesson, one of the first "Headmasters/Titan masters" birthed by the allspark when the Quintessons discovered it. The story is supposed to be that they sought out the allspark/unicron after their planet was devoured by Unicron. When they discovered the allspark & interacted with it, the energies gave life to their faces individually. Quintessa being the first born one. They studied cybertron, and essentially adopted it as "theirs". Hence "great deceiver" & why she's vengence fueled but also knows so much about Cybertronian life & the planet. It was to be their way to get vengence on Unicron once they found him. There's more, but that was the basics of all that was discussed for now internally since the path was chosen to do flashback movies & then revisit the forward ones later to buy some time for what the next forward movie was trying to shape up to be. Before that, before the change was made to Earth as Unicron because of TF Prime's usage of that. It was originally supposed to be that Cybertron was unicron, and the allspark was left there to keep him satiated. That Primus was Earth. Elements of that were still kept by having Cybertron effectively trying to eat earth. But because of reception to TF Prime, the roles were swapped. (Originally in proto planning, Earth as Unicron was a joke. It was always going to be the opposite, but to keep that buried, it was coded as it that way, which is why TF Prime did that, so then the movies could do the opposite, but then others pushed too hard to keep it the same instead. This is why the Fallen was supposed to be so adamant on having Earth destroyed by the starharvester & why the Primes subconsciously rebelled besides the sentient life forms on the world.) So TL;DR. Quintessa is the first born of the five faces. The first that took life off of the biomechanical life forms that the Quintessons themselves are. Named after their lost homeworld that was eaten by unicron. The original next forward film was supposed to start off with that exposition showing her birth as she narrates & it flips between two present day other "rebirths" that the story was to focus on, with how it contrasts to her for their growth journeys.

I think Quintessa is one of the creators. I believe that there are 3 creators, one made Cyberrtron, Quintessa made the Transformers, and the last of the three goes to other planets and either kills a species or makes them Transformers. The last one is the one we saw in AOE. Now I do not know who the 1st or the 3rd people are, nor do I know why they were not in TLK. My only guess is, that these 3 are of the Quintason species, and Quintessa is not her actual name, but it is what she goes by. Maybe the other Quintasons have died off, and she represents them a shorter version of her species' name.

Unicron turns on the primus and Quintessa for ultimate power over cybertron, as unicron gots thought with his plan he confronts Quintessa and in a long battle defeats her but instead of killing her he desides to corrupt her “brain” and destroys her in a more painful way while she flees from the battle. Primus stops unicron at last and after his defeat is sent in exile in either a ship/cocoon which might be the horns or it his deactivated body and having such a large mass, made earth. The creators leaving primus with the all spark and the matrix of leadership to guard from unicron and the cube making more cybatroneons to guard the cube. When Quintessa life force is detected, unicorn breaks from his deactivated state and waiting for the chance to return

I have been watching Transformers since 5 yrs old I am 43 now,lol I have a question.. IF QUINTESSA HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH CREATING THE TRANSFORMERS (IN THE MOVIE) HOW WAS SHE ABLE TO SIMPLY TOUCH OPTIMUS ON THE FOREHEAD AND HE WAS REPROGRAMMED AS IF SHE NEW EXACTLY WHERE AND HOW TO DO IT?? The only thing that leads me to think otherwise was that in the movie Transformers with MARK WAHLBERG the (repo man) for otimus prime (transformed into a lambo) said and I quote:"Your creator(s) want you back"!! so this signifies that if it is Quintessa then there are others like her...yes? But then in the desert, the white dude had a vision of the primes when trying to reactivate Optimus prime...who were they? (the first primes?)

Theory: What if the organic hand was Quintessa and she became a cybertronian.

It could be that hand was hers but, her body died out and uploaded herself into the transformer we see today.

According to Hasbro, the Cannon goes like this: The Transformers are the descendants of the 12 (Or rather the 13 Primes). The Quintessons are descendants of Unicron. Unicron and Cybertron are Unicron and Primus. Multiverse entity twin brothers created by the One. When Primus learned how evil his brother was he faced him in combat but was unmatched so he trapped both of them in asteroids. Unicron learned how to adapt his prison into a planet that could transform. Technically the first. Whereas Primus did the same but instead created the 13 Primes. I am 99% sure that Quintessa is one of the Quintessons, the creators, taken a mechanorganic body, same as the Transformers. And that she turned from the Quintessons either out of spite or just a difference of opinion or what have you, and now seeks revenge by seeking to rebuild Cybertron for her own. I do know that she is one of the creators. That's what I'm 100% sure of. But the rest makes me bring it down to 99% lol

The Cybertron in TF3 was from a different period. The Pillars formed a space bridge that let them transfer matter through TIME and SPACE, as Sentinel said. The Cybertron we see probably isnt from the time period we see Quintessa, but the collapse of the planet in TF3 is probably what caused what we saw Quintessa piloting around. Cybertron is a mechanical planetoid, not a true planet. It's a factory, and like all factories, it can be taken apart and certain pieces moved. Quintessa probably couldnt move the whole planet (whatever is left after TF3 events), but she could move Primus's spark chamber, if she reignited it with the staff, probably equivalent of the AllSpark, then she could return the chamber to Cybertron and revive the factory.

Maybe The reason it was smaller was because It was Broken in half after dark of the moon and with Quintessa During age of Extinction she goes there and tried to rebuild it but since its half was blown up she needs a way to put it back together and if you look closely in the last knight movie the new Cybertron has Organic parts so I presume that Quintessa Tera form it into a cyberOrganic Planet which allows her to use it as a Transport vessel to Arrive on earth and claim her stuff back

I think someone is controlling the creater and the creater is controlling Quintessa . So the creater is put under a spell .

Michael Bay has made a mistake he mixed up the canon and continuity once u get those two things mixed up it throws everything off

As much as I like your theory it sounds really good but here is my theory. Theory 1: Yes I think she did brain was megatron to rebuild the planet and yes I do think she is ONE of the creators. I think there are more than one creators because Age of Extintion showed about 20 or more ships using seeds to mine metal. So I think what happened was that they all died (Remember that they were living creatures with flesh and stuff) So I think to save herself she became something similar as the transformers. Theory 2: She could have used the others and paid them off to mine earth for metal using their seeds that THEY made.Thus wiping out the dinosaurs, and that she used the metal to create the sharktacons. But after ages her knights banished her to the engine of cybertron and escaped with the staff to make sure she couldn't hurt anyone. Then someone must of brainwashed all the transformers so they wouldn't remember their creators. Again these are just my theory's, comment what yours is and don't call me a idiot for giving a theory out of what I think she is.

I agree with this argument. The seed was to produce transformium to make transformers . When the seed was finished activating in the beginnings of the age of extinction movie . Then they retrieved the transformium to make the transformers .
