Would definitely enjoy more of these. I like the randomly picking cars for each checkpoint idea. You could also have a variation where the different lines have extra split checkpoints that give different cars, so you could have to choose between og in a fast car or hotlap in a slow car or choose between amphibious car-ing to the finish or Ruiner 2000ing the Hail Mary. Lots of subvariations to consider.
LOL, I don't know how I never saw it before. On the back of the Ambulance, it says "Mission Row San Andreas"... with the first letters in red spelling "MRSA"... the infection. I busted up laughing when I saw it and it sunk in. Great picks for the vehicles, and GG's!!
@@SoraFan23 each time they do it it's a different combination, blazer down chiliad would be impossible though. Transformation races extend the lifespan of gfred for years

Absolute gem of a Variation Gfred! I laughed so much with giddy pleasure in this one. Ramp Buggy was just the maniacal laughter of someone on a destructive mission and actually finishing another variation Gfred in a decent position! Chef's kiss! Top 10 was possible! Hopefully, this can carry on to actually finishing a normal Gfred. Great job Verdilith on this creation!
This was the first gfred I've actually participated in after watching them for a while and it was so much fun! I unfortunately had an issue at the end where my Stromberg just wouldn't go into Submarine mode, despite me being convinced I'd tried every button. Very fun though, looking forward to joining more.
For some reason I just knew the last car was going to be the Stromberg without looking at this at all. The entire time you were talking about using cars that can't be used I just had a feeling the Ardent or Stromberg was going to be one of them, and then you said swimming won't be necessary and I'm just like OMG LOL

100% we need more of these but with cars that even Broughy does not know what they are. Also the vehicles that get picked could completely change the race - for example you get a slow ish vehicle to the Chiliad section - so you cant use the fastest routes etc...
I was thinking it would've been really cool (if not a little unbalanced) to use the MK1 Oppressor for either Chilliad Descent or Observatory checkpoints, lots of space to glide around
You should have gone with the Ruiner 2000 off Chiliad, that way there would still be a parachute. Although you could have it be last and if you fail to make the island you will respawn at Observatory.
This went from transform Fred to a total cluster fuck Fred at the end. Also how does brough do this well with this selection of cars and keep them i such good shape….but then destroys every 9F ever
Apart from the psychological aspect of having to maximize the ability of the vehicle, that being the 9f I'd say this has a lot to do with the 9f and any other traffic vehicles that get used in a normal gfred all being OG gta5 launch vehicles with more severe damage physics where they get suspension damage and pull to a particular side/become more difficult to drive on bumpy terrain, compare that to modern or rather dlc vehicles not having that sort of damage anymore and you end up not making so many mistakes that can be put down to unpredictable behavior of the OG vehicles
This was pretty cool but i do think broughy had a bit of an advantage knowing what the vehicles were lol It should def just be randomly picked the next time this version of gfred and whoever chooses shouldn't be in the race.
GFRED SUMMARY SERIES Gfred #276: TransformFred - Flip, Dash, Ran Over, Stuck Wings . . . . SPOILER ALERT After a rally event in Omnis, it’s time for the special TransformFred. No need for stealing cars. And this isn’t even a GTA Race either. He checked if the Weather Command gave out the time, and since it is, he put it up on Noon since it’s in a Variation anyway. He doesn’t want half of the race be in the dark even though the GTA Weather said it’s 6:11. However, you still had to run and swim as usual. And we have change of cars at every checkpoint as well as two new ones. And there’s no need for Parachute either. RBS said “i'm guessing it will be obvious when we get to the end then” Cheeto asked “any line to Chilliad?” and any of them should be fine. It might be interesting though. He thanks Astral Fields for the donation. And yes, we get cars that we never used in Gfred, in a single package. The start will be normal… for a bit. And as we can’t have GTA Mode on Transform races, we start with Parachute Mode into the Swim. But then he realized that his Scuba Suit is missing. Well that’s a bit of disadvantage on the start. He blames the last races when he chose to equip his race suit. He now chose to definitely take the Run up the Lighthouse and avoid the swim. It’s going to be fun, interesting, and unique. Phukitt said “You had the scuba in the car selection” so that means it’s Rockstar being an asshole. So, we have a bit of bad start, but he doubts it would matter too much. And he already seen the checkpoint that he’ll get the Checkpoint before Freeway. Verdilith told him the Instruction of the cars, so he obviously knew what the cars would be. But of course, Verdilith bans Broughy from training. So, (almost) everyone will be blind in this one. And Broughy will leave it as a surprise for everyone. And that would be… the Airtug. But in a funny karmic fashion, Verdilith screamed “MY CONTROLLER WENTY DEAD!!” At least it’s quick enough for an overtake, and slow enough to allow for Dad joke. He’s a bit disappointed that he got a Cantaloup one that’s already done, but he’s running out of time before the next car. And the 2nd vehicle would be… Ramp Buggy, which means Traffic will no longer be an issue to the Quarry! He even ramped a poor Bagger as well as others flipping others. He certainly has so much fun with it, that he almost forgot to record. He feels like he needs to do TransformFred more often, that’s it’s worth it to actually going into traffic. That’s there is to it as Broughy enters the Quarry into… as he forgot what they are actually… the return of RocketFred with Scramjet. And he did the best Rocketing attempt he did on a one take straight out of the Quarry. What a time to do it. This is more success than his usually atrocious Rocket Fred. So, he’ll just ran with his advantage. Though he had to be careful at the airport as many people died somewhere. Verdilith suggested Toreador instead, but after the previous three RocketFreds, Broughy figured that he needs to complete this part in one of them. And he did atrociously in all of them, including where Hitman got his winning revenge the Rocket Voltic one. And don’t worry, RocketFred IV in Toreador will happen eventually. And he told off a Taco Van turning in Legion Square. And he deemed jumping over the traffic as too risky. He doesn’t want to lose his Gains, and doing something stupid like he usually does. This starts better than he expected. As he’s now in 2nd. And he stopped rocketing early so he can do the Airport Jump safely and do it normally… before Broughy’s livid that there’s Stunt Camp around. Now we have… the Wastelander, as Elite Coconut went straight into the wall. He leaped off the Parkade… whilst he ran over Hyperiez in the Airport Jump. At least Hyperiez is alive, somehow. And Major Copyright nicely went under him. The Wastelander is a big vehicle, he supposes. Pinglus said “A slight murder has occurred” And he overtook the leader who struggled trying to ran over the traffic of the Arena. He swore that he’s doing this Gfred blind. And Verdilith didn’t share the job at all so nobody can practice. Broughy definitely loves TransformFred. Now as he excused that this is the closest thing, we’ll ever get for a Random Gfred, it’s Chiliad time. He thinks Random Gfred is stupid and ridiculous. He now starts worried if the Wastelander is too big for Train Track, as Pancrojones pointed out. He tried to convince himself that it’s small enough. Though he can just avoid it and go Elevator. Verdilith said “IT WILL FIT” He chose to go Elevator, even though it’s tense as he’s now in the lead. Previously Transform Races are ignored since there’s only 16 people allowed. But now that we can have 30 recently… And the only extra checkpoints are in the Island and the Airtug one. It’s fun to race with something that is never raced with. And he doesn’t trust Hotlap enough in Wastelander. He thinks he will mess it up, again (Flashback to 8Gfred), or the Raton Canyon Bridge’s edges and fall off the cliff. And he’s making smart decisions amazingly, so far. So, let’s continue that. He can still take the Train Track on the Descent however, but there’s still chane of messing it up. He asked people to check Wastelander’s OTL. He doesn’t feel that it’s good. People said 0,5, and it seems to do it smoothly. Wastelander is a very good climber, and he never used it. And they should just be allowed to use these in normal races anyway. Industrial, Emergency, Service. He felt strange that nobody even attempted Hotlap. He realized that everyone follows him to the Elevator, and he realized that he wouldn’t even use Wastelander on the Descent. Then he slipped off the trail on the Summit, almost falling off the checkpoint. Its WIDE Turning Circle didn’t help at all. And now it’s time for… Ambulance, for all the victims of Mount Chiliad over the years. He thinks this is a fitting choice. Everyone spammed Weewoo, but Broughy won’t do it all the way to the Observatory. If we die in the bottom of Chiliad, we get the right vehicle to deal with it (No, I think Lurcher is more fitting 😊) And he believed he had most deaths in Chiliad, and he try to pick things that is in Transform but not on Vanilla. And he almost slides into the Sawmill. And he passed by Vinible who choose to take on Serenniel Route… if he didn’t make the same mistake as Broughy in the 8Gfred. People made the argument of Hearse, but he tried to remember if Romero can be used in races or not. And there’s plenty of options anyway, maybe Romero is for the next Halloween (if not Franken Stange or Sanctus) He then explains his Content Seasons. Even Broughy didn’t know what he’ll get in future TransformFreds, Verdilith gets to choose them. And it seemed like he’s in a close battle with these Ambulances, on top of lack of Car Stealing brought races closer. But Ambulance is bogged down hard in Great Chaparral. He definitely won’t do the Elk Leap Skip. And there’s still more deaths happening around. It’s still doing decently on the Arthur’s Pass though, not too impervious to explosions though. Now the last vehicle shall be… Stromberg, so we can just dive straight to Broughy Island, as he needs to remember how to activate the Submarine Mode. Everyone said either Y (Xbox) or F (Keyboard) It’s still pretty close and he could easily messed up the Stromberg section in the water. The Zancudo Entrance Transition is pretty smooth however. He thinks it’s either Right D-Pad, Right Bumper, or Right Stick. He’s annoyed with how inconsistent the controls are. He bet on D-Pad. And he’ll take the old Hookies Beach Launch. I think the answer is Right Bumper, but he take quite a while to figure it out. At last, he gained a bit of gap. A bit of time to mess up. So let’s bring this home, avoid rocks… and then struggled on the Landing because the wing got stuck. He realized that he should go up somewhere else. NOBODY can get up, they’re all stuck so Broughy had to go around somewhere else. He eventually managed to go off the side and use other people underneath as stepping stone, allowing him to take the win. That was so close and he thanked everyone for the GG. That’s so close of being awful.
RBS and nobody else still can’t get up. He believed there’s other parts of the island that’s better to climb on. Smill asked why not getting out of the car, and you can’t. Sudden Peach managed to climb and claim 2nd, a whole minute after Broughy. He believed the South Side is easier for climbing, which is demonstrated by Itz Liam for 3rd. But since this is the first attempt, obviously this kind of disaster happen. Broughy got lucky for his Leapfrog Strategy. That’s the beauty of doing these things for the first time. You come across thing that is never expected. New experiences that we have to figure out as we go through. The beauty of doing Gfred in very different vehicles. And RBS still hasn’t finished yet, and so does Evinco. Ah the struggles of people climbing up, even on the South Side. They need a proper lineup and the place west of the Rocks seems to be the sweet spot. And RBS still struggled even after figuring it out. This is a problem. And the fact that it’s a Submarine that goes up and down with water will throw you off immensely. Evinco still tried the East Cove. We aren’t even having Top Ten yet. And Evinco beached someone too. Absolute shambles, one of the Gfred where you still can get a Top Ten even if you died at the start. Verdilith said “Maybe the parachute transform wasn't such a bad idea, huh?” but it’s still funny and a part of the experience. Trying new things for the first time and having issues with it. He thinks the East Cliff next to the Cove is a better slope for the climb. And as the DNF Timer triggered, Evinco and RBS, formerly in the Podium, still stuck here in the end. It changes so much. Broughy really is lucky today, especially after no Scuba Suit. Meanwhile, Copyright got 6th, Elite and Hyper is 8th and 9th. RBS said “I'm selling my Stromberg” He can do this more and mix it up with more vehicles. Broughy enjoyed that. Hammer said “Few will survive: Gfred edition” Maybe they need a Ramp, but they still need a change in experience, or the Toreador. But you’re still changing Gfred, and he wanted to have an authentic experience. It might be faster to have Hail Mary from Stromberg if it’s in GTA Races. An authentic, yet difficult experience with Stromberg. Wrkyle said “A bold new Gfred era”. Hail Mary Parachute in Ruiner 2000 could be fun too as Wildarms said. Special Vehicles is a good idea, but there’s only so much of them before running out. If you land in the water, you’re screwed, but then he remembered that he had a Ruiner 2000 before… is it in PH? RBS said “I guess yeah its annoying you can’t combine a GTA transform race so you can get out if needed” Phil asked “Snow covered vehicle Gfred” Ryzeka said the flying Deluxo, though it’s slower than when it’s on the land. See, these new ideas that crop up. Wrkyle said “Some kind of team-based Gfred variation?” though he already done Crew Battle Gfred. As Phil said, perhaps multiple choice Transform Gfred is possible.
I'm pretty confident that our of all players in gtav. I have the most hours in the wastelander. It used to be my go to car. It's my favorite movie car of all time. And I have a similar one In snowrunner lol
