Christmas Special! I’m transforming this “childrens” Toy Story coloring page into a masterpiece with professional artist-grade colored pencils.

I’m doing things a little differently today, taking Pixar’s Woody and Buzz Lightyear from the pages of this coloring book and tracing them to my own paper so I can make the most of my better supplies. I’m using the posters from Toy Story 4 as my color and lighting inspiration.

Don’t return the pencils. You can’t help the RU-vid algorithm being weird. I found your channel from the Jazza collab and loved your style. I’ve been watching all your older videos and I bought your digital planner. You’re an inspiration and deserve those pencils regardless of if you hit 100k. Couldn't agree more! You are a fantastic artist, are so entertaining, and have been an inspiration to watch. You set yourself a goal and I love and appreciate that, but DO NOT RETURN THOSE PENCILS!!! I agree! I found her because of Jazza and I've been loving her. I've probably watched 3/4 of her back catalog so far and I've found her so inspiring to watch and listen to... even if I don't color that often. Her info about color and color theory and blending colors and choosing palettes is SO USEFUL to anyone who works with color in any format.

Sarah Renae Clark, Toy Story 3 is my favorite. I how it just wraps up the whole story sending the boy off to college. Personally, I wish they had left it at that.

I remember going to see the first Toy Story with my brother and Nana when I was 9 at the $1 movie theater in our home town and I have loved Toy Story ever since. Some of my favorite drawings I have done are the references that you used for your colors in this video. LOVED your drawing and also love your pencil options, its exactly what I use. Toy Story 1 is still my fav but i love them all. ✌🏼💜

I saw your pictures of these! They were amazing! I was thinking about drawing them a while back, but after seeing a few other artists do them already, I wanted to find a different way to work with them. This final piece is still sitting on my desk, waiting for a frame so I can hang it in my studio. It’s ended up being one of my favorites too.

Toy story 3 is probably the greatest movie of all time. Its most likely the only third iteration of a movie that was at the same level or better than the first. So good. Ive seen them all but number 3 is still number 1.

I use to love going to drive in movies. I would say my favorite toy story movie was the third. Just so heart touching at the end. I love that you mention how long these colorings take you. It help sets the expectations for what you can get done.

I remember drive-in theatres, but only remember going once for a Snow White/Tron double feature when I was a kid. Fell asleep during Tron 😄. Adult coloring books trigger my anxiety, so I enjoy pages with larger spaces to color like this 💕. I agree with others about keeping the pencils. Unbox/give away for the new year, or keep them until you do reach 100k, but don't send them back just because you didn't hit 100k when you were hoping to because you will get there!

Yess i remember drive in's. My mum and her boyfriend would take me but i always remember falling asleep in the backseat lol And toy story- i absolutely love the original ones as i seen them so much growing up but i think my fav would be toy story 4 - such a great story line and the bright colours of the carnival gave me inspo for colouring too

This looks so amazing! I love how much colouring you do on your channel! My whole life I always wanted to be artistic but was so harsh on myself for things never turning out as I had imagined. I've been subscribed for forever but never saw the need to comment... until now: you deserve those pencils and more! You and Jazza and Anthony and Rin.... you guys just make art fun, approchable and of course entertaining, but mainly you deserve them because you inspire us no matter the age, no matter the "level" we are in. Unknowingly, art and the art-community here on youtube have pulled me through the toughest 2 years of my life (I finished med school 2019, lucky me!), I've lost and sacrificed a lot to covid and through it all, I had you guys keeping me company, keeping me on the bright side and keeping me strong. I'm so thankful for you and your art.

My daughter (who's 4) sat and watched this with me :) She said mummy that lady colored that so good and did a thumbs up. I love how much you transform the basic coloring pages :) I started watching your videos when I had the Bluey video recommended to me. We LOVE Bluey in my household, to the point that my daughter has used one of her Bluey figurines as the topper for her tiny Christmas tree that is in her room.

We demand to see the pencils!! I've been with you for quite some time and I love your content. Please don't worry too much about the subscribers. If you build it, they will come. It's ok to change things up and reward yourself, even though you didn't reach your initial goal. RU-vid has made the algorithm so difficult to navigate leaving creators in the dark. Maybe you could do a crazy project for your unboxing. Perhaps 100 Disney characters on one page, or something like that.

Happy day!!! Lol there’s a snake in my boot! Shane is a hilarious editor. 😆 I’m so glad you transferred this one to a better paper, I’ve always been curious how ya might go with it. Sure enough, you tackled it beautifully! All the toy stories are great (tho I haven’t seen the newest one yet) but my fave is the original. Great storytelling and the animation back then was ground breaking. Wow!!! You had a Pixar follow! Pretty art sheik! Fingers toes hairs and eyes crossed for your 100k! Oh, I remember the Drive in. I was an excuse to stay up late on a friday night. My favorite experience when my family and I went and saw Road to El Dorado on opening week. Quality mats are a real game changer! A nurse gave a little christmas bag for my baby with a tiny coloring book and some crayola pencils (it's for a baby so quality doesn't matter lol) but I stole it and am coloring one page now haha That paper is soooo bad plus the pencils but I don't care I'm having fun! xD Your drawing deserves a frame!!

I definitely remember drive-in movies. I saw Star Wars: New Hope at a drive-in theatre when it first came out, so that really dates me. I've only seen Toy Story one and two and of them, the first one is still my favorite. I noticed you're using the Full-Bright blender; that's my favorite blender. I love the way it smooths out and brightens the colors. Other blenders can seem to dull them down a bit. I love your channel. You're a talented artist in your own right and not just a colorist.

Love the bokeh background and yes, I am old enough to have gone to outdoor movie theatres & I even grew up across the road from one!!! I even as an office manager in my office manager years planned an office picnic to a movie at the outdoor movie theatre with adult beverages for adults and our own lawn chairs with great food in a mini-van & pillows & bedding for the kids!!! It was fun!!!

I hold toy story 1 and 2 quite dearly. I grew up with 1 and 2 and often put toy story 1 on as im going to sleep. Toy story 2 had a playstation videogame adaptation which was the second video game i 100%'d as a child. My friend and I are actually having a speedrun competition at the moment to see who can 100% the game the fastest. And both of us are finding it much easier than we did as children. Winner gets treated to steak.

I saw Jaws at the drive in way back in the 70's so yep definitely old enough to remember.....da da da da dadadada...you need to keep the pencils I reckon. They are too beautiful to return (I have the 24 set and they are like butter) and love watching your mad colouring skills 😁

I didn't get further than the first toy story movie, which I absolutly loved! I think I might have seen the secon one, but I'm not sure.... it's been so long! Didn't get any further even now, since my kids are still a little bit too young to watch it (1,5 and 4,5 years old). I really hope you reach 100K in time, my fingers are crossed!

I think I love all of the first 3 movies, I haven't seen the 4th just yet. I was 10 yrs old when the first movie came out and I do remember drive in movies. There are still some out there.

I remember being an itty bitty five or six year old watching the first Toy Story Movie on VHS at home with the family. I love you videos and please please, I hope you kept the pencils. I like all the toy story movies, but the first is my favorite. I enjoy how the movies build and became better stories but the first one broke so many grounds with so many fresh ideas! I am not sure what you’re going to do about the pencils I do hope you hit your 100 K subscribers before the end of the year. If not don’t send the pencils back just wait until you hit that landmark moment and then give yourself the gift and raffle off the pencils to subscribers if you still want to do that. Because let’s face it it’s still a mile stone and you deserve a reward! If you feel too guilty why not use both as a giveaway one set to those who were subscribers before the first of the year and the other box the ones who came after the first of the year. But here’s hoping you hit it before January 1st! I was rather surprised you did not use markers especially in the background, to save time, effort and pencils! You and the other artist on here have inspired to make an art channel...I just need the confidence now cos I don't think I can colour well. Even though that's the point to show the journey. Also treat yourself with those pencils. Even if you don't reach 100k you've done so much in 1 year

I absolutely love all of your episodes. Like outlander I binge watch. Caught up on all of them. You and Bliss have me coloring again. I'm doing a color page or spread with one brand of pencil . I photo them at the beginning and post it. Likewise when its finished. Trying to inspire my friends like you've inspired me.

This is one of my favourites!! I'm not sure which film I like best though, they're all great. Going from 15 to 86k is something worth celebrating, so open then pencils 😄 they'll help you grow to 100k. Good luck!
