Very interesting information, thank you! So, what would be brain, and in the future whole body temperature during transportation from USA to Switzerland? Is it possible to keep it at about -140’C, or it will be around-196’C?

Hello Eugene, we appreciate your inquiry! To start, the temperature at the onset of vitrification will be -196°C. However, we anticipate an increase in temperature during transport. Consequently, to maintain the whole body or just the brain in a vitrified state, the temperature range is expected to be between -140°C and -196°C. We hope this response clarifies your question!

There's many subjects in this particular field of being abroad,transportation outside Europe. Are some countries you don't really travel in case somebody died there? If somebody doesn't stay in Europe what's the duration where this person goes out of his membership? More than 6 months per year? I think implementing some kind of central database where members,those who want,can inform you where they go,how long and so on. It's a source of concern for some cryonicists this matter.

Regarding the new solution's compatibility with dewars that do not reach glass transition temperature: Glass transition is an integral phase in the cryopreservation process. Therefore, for the cryopreservation to be effective, it is essential to achieve the glass transition phase. This implies that if the new dewars do not facilitate reaching the glass transition temperature, they may not be suitable for successful cryopreservation with this solution.
