I'm 2 years PP and STILL in the "don't look in the mirror" phase. 😢 Having a baby with many health problems made me kind of forget about myself. But this video inspired me to remember. Thank you 💗
You are so right that people don’t pay attention to the work until they see the results. I’m still working on my “mom bod” but I’ve changed my approach from long, cardio workouts to short workouts with weights to focus more on strengthening. Best decision I could’ve made to fit my new mom schedule. Thank you so much for these videos!🤍🤍🤍
Hi Ambrosia, I haven't seen your videos since your daughter was first born. Yeah that long. lol this has been a joy hearing and seeing them and you of course. I'm back watching again and I love your hair. I'm so glad this video was in my feed. Be well and stay strong.
Thank you for the inspiration. You look great. I’m where you were but it’s been too long. I avoid looking at my body in the mirror because I don’t like what I see. I started going to the gym a few days a week but this week I’m going daily. I feel great after the workout. This is the first time I’m investing in myself. I’m proud and excited for this journey. 🌻
I have never had to work out but now after year 2 post pregnancy I have started to work out now. I am awaiting my results. I can still fit my clothes but they don't fit the same if that makes sense.
Push-ups, 8lb weights, also still breast feeding so I’ve lost a lot of fat in the area, it may come back once I’m no longer breast feeding (that’s what happened with my first) hoping they stay fairly small though. I plan on having an augmentation since I’m not having anymore kids ✨
