Watch as landscape architect, Glenn Stach, discusses the Trust's mission to transform Princeton Battlefield State Park into a national destination where history lovers can gather to learn about the conclusion of the Ten Crucial Days Campaign. To succeed, we need your support. bit.ly/3sjOWoO
With the help of the Princeton Battlefield Society and New Jersey State Historic Sites and Parks, The Trust is on a mission to reimagine the Princeton Battlefield - scene of the climactic victory in General George Washington’s Ten Crucial Days Campaign in January 1777. Through the “Washington’s Legacy” plan, we will restore and rehabilitate protected battlefield lands, expand interpretive experiences and prepare the site for the upcoming 250th anniversary of the battle.
The American Battlefield Trust preserves America’s hallowed battlegrounds and educates the public about what happened there and why it matters. We permanently protect these battlefields for future generations as a lasting and tangible memorial to the brave soldiers who fought in the American Revolution, the War of 1812, and the Civil War.

I donate to the American Battle Trust. It's too bad that democrats want to remove monuments and American history.

I don't know of a single case of attempts to remove monuments from preserved battlefields..

@johnt.kennedy3856 yes, it is political. I've been to Robert E. Lee's grave, and it was vandalized just like many others.....And I think you know why? It's part of the democratic plan to erase history through division.

Removing any monument or memorial involved in history/ historical figures for reasons some don’t dislike was and is political in this instance. It’s part of the history of this country like it or not! You simply can’t remove it, or those names.

I am a democrat, a public historian, and I am a fervent supporter of battlefield preservation and I volunteer a significant amount of my time to teach history to children to honor our past…so… no… democrats do not want to remove monuments and American history. There is a compelling percentage of our fellow citizens who are understandably offended by the number of monuments dedicated to men who fought to secure and propagate the institution of chattel slavery. Though they may be works of expressive art, they belong in museums where they can be contextualized, not in open public spaces where they were constructed to be revered and remind us of a time when white supremacy was the norm.

You have this guy teaching and preaching about preservation but throughout the whole video he keeps sayings George WaRshington. There is no "R" in "Washington". Pronounce the word right. :)
