I’m a deputy sheriff at a prison and my heart goes out the the Transgender people that come through the jail. They don’t know I’m gay, but I always try to look out for them.. I was raised to have compassion for others..
This is why I want to help people in need. I don't care what their skin color, background, or who they identify as everyone deserves love, respect, food, and shelter. Divine, grant me the ability to help those in need. I send out my love and light 💜
Shes a druggie living in a fantasyland and not taking any responsibility for who she is and how to live a healthy life...shes lightyears from levelheadedness.
Tonya Flowers u know what my son is gay also im doing every thing to support him becuse i love him more then anything and that's just what he is and I respect him for that im bless becuse we get along very much thank God 😘😍😗😙😚🤗
I felt bad when she was talking about her dark skin :( dark skin is beautiful too. I seen alot of handsome dark skinned men and women. she was pretty I hope one day she will see this.
Will if he was being a dark brown black man as he was made to be he would not be having these issues, because e veryone knows that dark brown Black males are seen as desirable and dark brown black women are seen as undesirables he signed up for it
"I'm a transsexual and on top of that I have really dark skin... I'd rather be getting high and having fun if I'm gonna be getting discriminated against."
"Sometimes our biological families are not equipped to love us unconditionally in the ways that are necessary for us to thrive when we are LGBTQ people." - Billy Porter. Parents, please love and accept your children, no matter their sexuality or gender identity.
In Norway this isn't a problem, since the prisons aren't sex segregated. It's one prisoner per little cells. Since no prisoners shares cell, therefor every Norwegian prisons are gender and sex neutral.
Chichi Chichi Oppai, it's like a hotel. They have a own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In a Norwegian prison cell it's two small rooms for one prisoner. It's one bathroom and one room for living room and bedroom. Prisoners doesn't share bathrooms.
The prison and the hotel have one thing in common. That's what I mention where there's two rooms per cells; a bed room and a bathroom. But the prisoners can't decide when they wants to go outside and nor have they access to their phone, internet or the freedom to decide over themselves. Being locked into a room is very boring and that's the punishment. The room doesn't need to be ugly in order to make people bored. In Norway we also focuses on rehabilitation. Some criminals would be released and live in the society again.
They had all that huge amount of money to undergo surgeries in order to come to the streets to live this kind of life.Indeed not all walking and speaking people are alright
I'm a trans woman and I am thankful everyday that my family was really accepting. Parents that accept their trans children you don't understand the level healing and the level of relief. My parents acceptance and support helped me get through college and live my life.
@@ocorley3124 That doesn't happen in the U.S. Youngest age its ever done is 16 with parental consent, extensive evaluations by a therapist, doctors sign off, and the patients consent. You will not find anyone else transitioning at such a young age besides socially. I speak with the experience of being transgender.
I am just a boring gay guy who lived in San Francisco and Chicago. I hated how I heard that many times even the gay community would not be nice to Trans or Intersex people. We just need to be nice to each other. I still give money to the Larkin Street Youth Centre because they help young gay, trans and others get off the street in SF.
Ryan Huntington I'm glad that some good folks are still in this mean world, who sees through the smoke and pollution that obscures the reality of things. I'm trans; never went beyond a drunk tank for 92 hr.s. I almost resorted to the same things that most trans folks do. THANK YOU FOR UOUR UNDERSTANDING, GOD BLESS YOU!!!
not if they activily infringing on the rights of others mostly women you dont have to treat any one with respect who wont respect biology and your right as human being to see reality as it is
This breaks my heart. " I'm transsexual and on top of that I have dark skin" sweetheart I think you're beautiful. Keep your head up. I wish you and your family nothing but the best. ♡
as a trans man, i often experience discrimination but i know that my trans sisters have it far worse than me. i hope all the trans people stuck in this system are able to find a way to continue and improve their lives. breaks my heart
I want you to know that your amazing. I really hope and pray that this doesn't offend you, I am not transgender, or part of the LGBT community but I do have a precious cousin who is transgender whom I love dearly, I can easily talk to men who are transgender or gay.....I seemed to close up when talking to straight men because I have been hurt z few times by them. I want you to know that God loves you for who you are, and even though I don't know you, I love you for who you are. You're amazing.
to each his own but can you plz explain why so many of your sisters have to do that fake voice and the over the top hand gestures that they think makes him think it's "the lady thing to do? why so many "over the top" voices, walks ect.? things that make sure ppl. know "what they are" instead of just living like a regular person? especially when they say "why don't ppl. just treat us the same as any woman?"
I totally agree with you, this is why many transgender individual's are forced into prostitution, and other illegal activities, because it's difficult to find employment.,due to all the( prejudice)against them.smdh (live & let live).
Then you're making every trans person out to be a helpless victim. They all have a choice in life and they chose wrong. I hope they better themselves but saying it's because they can't find work doesn't help anyone. I live in the south were most people would think everyone hates trans people and no one really cares. Sure some people do but most don't and so if they wanted to they really can find a job.
So...are you here to create a productive conversation and educate us on our misconceptions or just to call us disgusting and close the laptop and continue about your day?
Sophia Rodriguez Nobody said “all trans people are helpless victims”. Yes they made choices. But think about why they made their choices. It is no surprise that somebody would turn to prostitution if they grow up in poverty, perhaps with a poor education, where they are rejected from their family homes for being trans, when they are made to feel worthless for being trans, etc. You seem to lack some empathy by saying “it’s their choice” because you don’t think about what a lack of self worth, mental health issues, poverty and abuse can do to people. They have to earn thousands and thousands of dollars to have surgery and hormones so they feel comfortable in their skin and stop getting abuse from people who think they look like “freaks” and they know prostitution makes quick money. While drugs ease the emotional pain.
Straight, Gay, Bi, Trans... Everyone just wants love, exceptance and happiness! As stated in the video living the street life selling your body is not preferred it's an unhealthy cycle that anyone can get caught into when you feel lost, unloved, and un-valued. No judgement over here!! N this is coming from a Christian FYI
How much protection they want? They ask to be protected or isolated from “males” or “mostly male” environments. But complain about being isolated, lets not forget brah, your in mf prison.
I want an update on all of them, they have such big hearts it is so sad to see them go into old habits but if you have nowhere to go you resort to doing things you don't really want to. its a matter of living, not living happily. Jails throw out their inmates with only the clothes on their back and $50, jobs make you state why you were in prison, and apartments will often not lease to past offenders. how are you supposed to reintegrate into society when it does not accept you
I'm born a female..and to see the heart breaking stories upon stories of ordinary people is harder now,'cos your gender plays a part of how people love and treat people hurts...the burdens of life is hard but this is soul crushing and I don't see how transgender loves handle this mess up world we all live in..I wish I could win the lottery and give them houses and hugs, kisses and a place to be free..you all are so very strong... stay focus and fight fight fight..you have worth and value...
Seems like one big Slumber Party....seems like they're having fun. I Know it's Jail...but you got to pass the time away somehow, got to make the best of it..... I'm glad y'all sisters..... We all need support
+Hans Blitz It's not "made up" just b/c you're too ignorant to learn their differences and what they actually mean. Gender is purely a social construct and up to the person to self-identify (man or woman).
+Hans Blitz 100% of people's gender is different from their sex because sex and gender are different things. They're minority status is no excuse to ignore the issue. Athletes should only be allowed to compete against others of their sex, their gender is irrelevant in that regard.
+A Save your breath, I've had discussions with Hans before. He isn't interested in facts, or logic, or even the truth... he just wants to pave the scenery in his opinion, in the same way a dog pees on everything to mark it. Yup, Hans is a piece of work... Hi Hans! Still Goose stepping to glory???
I know exactly how it feels. I am transgender. When I was in jail I had to spend 2 months in solitary confinement because I can't be put on the Male or female wards
It sucks to be a trans person in jail, it sucks to be a trans person in general, and then there are people saying you chose that.. why would you chose to make family, Friends hate you, you get harassed, beaten up, why would anyone chose that
I looked down the comments and I saw a lot of supporting comments and saw very few distasteful ones. I'm glad their supportive but they are prisoners. They do deserve rights and protection as much as any cis-gender male or female. I am apart of the transgender community and think that everyone deserves equal rights and protection.
You say don't do the crime to go to jail but this world we live in you don't have to do a crime to end up in jail their are people in jail that didn't do anything and my heart goes out to innocence people no matter what their sexual preference.
7:48 that gave me chills! she’s so wise and i know they’re both a very nice human beings regardless of their situation. i hope both of them find happiness and love because they deserve it!
I am all woman and I am so for the transgender community and just watching this and seeing the things that they have to do to survive it's heartbreaking heart-wrenching because me as a woman I can understand what they're going through and it's so unfortunate that in these days it comes down to prostitution and drugs I've been a dancer for 20 years and just recently started working for a corporate company never not one time did I have to degrade myself and give myself or sell myself to a man being in the adult entertainment industry but as soon as I get over here to this corporate world and realizing that I can't make the money that I was making now I am left with a choice to go sell my body so I can eat tonight so I can have gas in my car tomorrow to get to work it's just very unfortunate how this world is today that they don't pay you enough and you're left with other options I wish I could meet these beautiful women in this video become friends with them cuz I sure would open up my heart and my house to these people I'm not transgender but I can definitely relate
Whats really bad is when a violent inmate who can't get along with other prisoners in general population or they have difficulty adjusting to prison rules or to authority and are placed into segregation for a month or so and end up staying under these condition for as long as three to five years, away from other people and then when their sentence is up they are then released back into society with zero trade skills or any way to be gainfully employed and this causes many to break the law just to survive and get caught and then its back to prison again on a new sentence. This is what is called "the revolving door"! The state governor should require all short timers to get a useful skilled trade while confined so that when they are released from prison, they can find a job and support themselves in a lawful manner. This would enable all states to save millions of tax dollars in the long run and greatly reduce the over crowding often found in every state and federal prison system. But this plan has been tried before to no avail usually run by an arm chair college educated individual who doesn't have a clue on how to make such a program work and be successful.
As someone who had to hide themselves for their own protection I can identify with and understand this. The correctional system in america is still poorly equipped to deal with these issues.
any person who is LGBTQIA+ and reads this comment who needs someone who is also part of the community to talk to please let me know, dont let all these violent hateful people get to you. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🖤💖💞❣💗💝💓and no i wont respond to any hateful comments i will simply block you ive heard it all before myself and during worse than a youtube comment, you cant possibly tell me anything new🤷♀️👋
Hey as long as you don’t hurt anyone and you’re happy? I have absolutely have no problem with any type of person. If you have the courage to come out and change your sex, damn you are brave and hats off to all of ya.You’re only here a short time, so why not be happy.
Hope that someday this transgender issue will be over! This in my opinion is wrong! You don’t choose to be born male or female! Appreciate life no matter how you were born!
Now they have better privileges than some of us on the outside that are NOT criminals and we, as citizens, are paying for theirs - because they are not!
I heard Inmates young and old got raped, attacked and killed in there all the time, if we are about treating all people the same and being fair... where is the outrage and anger for ALLLLLLL the other men in there.. gangbangers, killers, crooks, drug dealers and the list goes on.. be up in arms about ALLLL 😶
@8:28 Right before this video I watched a transgender male to female walk into a 7/11 type of store and hit three strangers with an ax...and you want to put him in a female prison just because he identifies as a woman?
I worked in maximum security forensic psychiatric facilities, as well as Jail, as nursing staff, it is terribly difficult, for trans people they are at so much risk.
1) These are NOT WOMEN. They can be classified as females, but not women...they don't qualify. 2) Regardless of their excuses, their lifestyle is a choice they've made for themselves. Especially the drug use/abuse. 3) They are humans who suffer more confusion than the average and have created a makeshift reality to convince themselves that they have a place in society. This is a very sad and deplorable existence. No matter what sexual preference you have or what gender you choose to identify with, your well being should be a priority and not a perceived circumstantial option. Now more than ever, the LGBTQ community has the opportunity to take full advantage of the laws which were put in place for their protection, but it is up to them to utilize the instruments they are given. It's hard to muster sympathy for an individuals(s) that would rather cop out than to make the journey to sobriety for self sufficiency. They CAN make better choices, but the familiar is so much more appealing.
