I try to integrate in the TransistorTester (Arduino-Version V1.08 with ATMega328) a CurveTracer-function with an ILI9341 SPI-Graphic-display.
The main problem is. that the TT use for measuring Pins D13.12,11,10,... the same Pins as SPI (D13=SCLK,D12=MISO,D11=MOSI...) and you have to isolate /switch them for measuring e.g. display curves .
Fortunately has the ATMega328 enough analog-input pins (TT Used for measuring
A0, A1, A2, and for the LCD A4 and A5 (I2C) and the Curvetracer
Used A3 , A6 and A7.
The other problem is the small Flash (32k) of the ATMega328.
Therefors is the Curvetracer-functionallity more basic, but You can choice some parameters like max./min.. basecurrent e.g gate-voltage.
The measuring is automatically::
put the device in the socket (three pole 1,2,3)
the Transistortester detect the device (npn.pnp,Mosfet,jfet eg) and assigned the pins (for example E=1,B=2,C=3)
the CurveTracer changes the Pins to his Input-Pins
and start the curves.
