I bought the DVD, its a self made gimmick and its super cheap, everyone can do it in 5 mins, really worth to buy it, good idea.

I would've thought it was cool if I didn't see your Band-Aid covering all of the rubber bands

I am getting it I have to say Calen and I are freinds and he shows me some stuff of his and he is definatly the most creative mind in magic and he makes a new trick every day, Calen you are AWSOME

@devandev it does have gimmicks. One hint: what do you use to hold papers together when you don't have staplers. I dont' have the trick but apparently, the performance was way too close to the camera.

@ThemagicPerson100 yes you can, in the dvd he doesn't explains that but i sorted how to do it with a ring after having purchased the dvd and learning the technique.

I think he folds it but it's not actually on his fingers he just wraps them around the front part of his fingers and holds the two ends with his other fingers

Everyone. This trick does use a gimmick, I bought it so I know the correct way to do it. The gimmick is very easy and simple, most of you probably already have this certain object in your house, if not you can probably buy like 100 for $3.

its obvious, no one is looking at his other hand... He had the rubber band on his thumb the whole time. The one for show is a prop. slight of hand from the beginning

this's just a gimmic. the real rubberband on thumb of left hand at 00:30 if you watch carefully. then on the right hand is a gimmic. it looks like something by plastic. I watched this vid and guess that ^^

@TheSpiralOfMagic if you like the look of the other effects on function 9 and seen all the reviews (which are fantastic) then you should get f9 (function 9). but the problem on f9 is that he doesn't teach you the ending of the theory11 one. so what im saying is that the presentation of f9's is different to f9 but it's still the same gimmick :P. and i also don't know if he suplies the rubber bands in f9 :P

this is republished he revealed this in his early dvd's Function 9

I know how he did it, he cut four hole through some of his fingers and covered them up with tape.

For everyone saying it's a camera trick. It's not. He's got a rubber band on each finger. Look at the color where the rubber band used to be. He covers one up and uncovers another. It's actually a really simple trick.
