Transit Oriented Development Strategy 

The City is developing a Transit Oriented Development Strategy to ensure that new development around future Evergreen Line stations follows the principles of transit-oriented development: supportive densities, pedestrian-friendly streets, and a mix of land uses to allow more people to live and work close to high quality transit service.
We want you to get involved. The following Public Open Houses are your opportunity to learn about the strategy and let us know what you think about the work completed so far.
