Hi dear, I replied to your other comment. The first step in the process is creating your CPA profile and requesting a transcript assessment. There are different pathways, so you should apply via the “Internationally Trained Accountants “ route. You will need to evaluate your university degree and have ask ACCA to send your letter of good standing directly to CPA Ontario

Hello, I’m currently in the UK and nearing the completion of my master’s degree in accounting. However, I’ve found that the job market here is quite competitive and the immigration system rather complex. I had initially planned to pursue ACCA certification after graduating, given the numerous exemptions I qualify for. Recently, I’ve been considering migrating to Canada to pursue the CPA designation instead. Additionally, I’m contemplating undertaking a second master’s degree. Could you provide some advice on this transition and the prospects of pursuing CPA certification in Canada? Thank you.

I would love to know more wawu I never new there was an MRA But this one that it has expired can’t it be renewed 😩😩

Not sure there will be a renewal lol. I wish the ACCA board members would be more involved in this because studying for ACCA is not an easy job. Plus, it’s equivalent to a bachelor’s degree or masters degree depending on the route you take. That’s a lot of work!
