Transition state optimization for [4+2] coupling reaction using Gaussian 09 (QST2 method) 

It will work if you follow the steps. Place the reactants approximately 3 angstrom apart.

Okay it kind of works....but I get both direction on the same side of the graph...and in the .chk file there is a mess of bonds....
