What I’d give for 8hrs of sleep a night. I’ve had the flu last few days & I’ve slept more than I ever have & I’ve been thinking man how can I get 8 to 10hrs a night. Doc told me yrs ago to stop trying to go asleep so early bec I’ll toss & turn till sun comes up. I probably avg 4-6 maybe. I’m 37 & 4hrs just isn’t enough anymore but idk what to do. Even with sleeping meds my body fight it & just won’t allow me to go asleep.

You're probably a man but my mother began menopause last year and suffered insomnia for the first time in her life. As a last resort I gifted her moon juice "magnesi-om" and it completely cured her lack of sleep. Tbh I bought it not in the hopes that she would get her full sleep cycle back but hoping that it would at least make her sleep a little longer. I would feel bad not recommending it to others knowing how much it helped my mom. She's only one person but consider that menopause is a very serious readjustment of hormones and can lead to imbalances so the fact that she is sleeping soundly again speaks to how well rounded this medication is. I don't know if it will help you but I hope it does. It's on sale for $36 so hopefully you give it a try. Btw my mom takes it right before bed, not an hour or 30 mins before, but right when she's ready to lay down. And she barely dilutes it, just enough water to turn the powder to liquid. Be well 🥰.

⁠@@myworldofsports1376Too much guess work here to give you advice online but it does sound like you have some deep psychological work to do on your own so you can calm down your nervous system orrrr you might just be Jocko but you don’t sound like you’re energetic so I would go with the first.

I think Shawn only has spec ops guys, law enforcement, first responders, or people who are in politics on his show. He should keep it that way; it's what makes his show unique.

Theres more to life than people in the service. You can learn a lot about the world and yourself through others regardless of where they come from.

The connection of the collaboration was fitness and mental health. Not what dj and Cole did over seas. What were you expecting from this? I'm sure there's more to come in the future.
