I can't imagine how hard the journey of transitioning is, but congratulations to Aiden for having the courage to start this journey of living the life he wants to live as a person he is supposed to be, it is very inspirational to me, to go out there and live your life on your own terms, be the person you want to be no matter how hard it is, that is what I am trying to achieve

Thank you to the doctor for saying what needed to be said!!!!! Thanks Aiden!!!! That is what ppl do not understand. We do not choose our gender, it chooses us from the moment of conception!!!!! Everyone starts off female, then as you grow in the womb that is when gender in the brain has been figured out if we are a male/female!!!! Then as we grow we just feel wrong or not connecting to the outer body verses the inner brain. The body may present as female but the brain is all male!!!! It has nothing to do with your sexual orientation!!!! You can be Female to Male & like females/males. You maybe Gender Fluid, Asexual, Bi, Pan, Gay , etc... I hope this helps. As a FTM, I simplified this the best way I could. Live Your Best Life Which Ever That May Be!!!!! 👍😎😁🤘

It is not totally possible to change sex even if there are operations hormones etc there needs to be a breakthrough discovery for gender change and early detection from the early childhood ages before the hormones kick in

Why do people like you feel the need to click on a video about trans people and leave an ignorant comment? Does it make you feel superior? These are genuine questions, because I can't understand why someone would go out of their way to be rude when it really isn't necessary. We all know the saying "if you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all" and that applies here.

Biologically? Yes. But in all other aspects, no. I don't understand people's obsession with others genitalia. Why do you care how someone identies? It doesn't effect you in any way unless you choose to let it. The only time the sex assigned at birth matters is when you're talking about medical things. And obviously if you are wanting to pursue an intimate relationship it's important to know. But any other situation? It's none of your business what someones genitals are. 🤷
