Research in Stomal Therapy examines the perceptions and experience related to recommending wearing abdominal support garments, including the experience and perception of the patients with a stoma who wear these supports. The aim of this research is to co-design a national approach for the risk assessment process for stoma nurses, discussing support garments and risk minimisation of Parastomal Hernia.
