Where did you find the rebuild kit for the transmission,,,I have almost the same one,,, mines in a p5000 cat,, casting number 91a24-16104,,, yours was a 91a24-16105,,, where did you find a kit for the trans
Do you not pre-soak the clutch plates in ATF and also shim the end float on the servo unit bearing. Nice video missing the struggle to remove and refit the C clips 😅
Hello, I have the same Mitsubishi transmission in my 2006 cat p6000. The transmission has had a delay I. Going forward and reverse with very little torque (pushing power), I suspected the torque converter. So I pulled the transmission and dropped it off to a guy that rebuilds transmissions…after waiting 2 mos to get my trans back😡, I reinstalled and was excited to add the atf only to see a gallon of fluid leak out of the bottom in less than 5 mins. I pulled the trans again and discovered he moron that rebuilt it, pinched the gasket and also left the transmission dirty inside without cleaning it. So I cleaned everything, installed new gasket and dropped the trans back in. Added atf Now it won’t move forward or back at all. I’m not getting any line pressure at all. I’m sure the torque converter is installed correctly…any idea of what might be the issue? The trans moved forward and back before the rebuild. Valve body is clean and everything looks as it should.
