Nice work, but when I did the trans tunnel on my '63 Falcon for a BBC and Super T10 four speed, split the floor down the middle of the trans tunnel, and then across at each end. Then bent the two halves up and welded in a 2" wide strip to fill the center, and small strips at each end to make that up. Was pretty fast, and easy.
