Transmitting on A ships Powerful MF/HF Radio During a GMDSS Radio Survey

Aside from point reyes Sir what else coast station replying in us ports especially with in caribbean

I am sure that you know that test transmission on 12MHz is not a valid test for GMDSS Survey on this particular ship. She is equipped with MF Radio for sea area A2 and Inmarsat Solution for A3 area. HF band test not applicable. BTW, I see that manifold is connected. No transmission should be performed during cargo operation on tankers.
