Make Forts In your 2 cities Go for Tech tree and make 2 Elec factories 2. If Ukraine and russia are Players make liberation war in Them so they cant Annex you end the wars 3. Focus on the balkens 4. Step Turn into communism because Flag and you Done Train troops and you have a win... IT only takes 2 Years 😂 Its really Hard when every neighbor is player ._.
