Yeah, I did this 4 years ago and have since completed many of them perfecting it every time completed. This video was from my first prototype build. Completed with various cases. It's honestly not difficult as long as you spend sometime researching the parts required. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-J4OJI_xOKEc.html
You're tutorial is the best resource I've found on RU-vid. Thank you for the USB idea and the wiring diagram. I wish you luck on your social media adventure!
it is. There is a PC case by iBuyPower called 'Snowblind'. The unfortunate thing is that the build quality sucks (according to reviews) so this is probably a better way to do it lol.
Did this with the same Monitor Model and it worked just fine. One Problem i faced was that the Display wasn't turned on when i connected it first via Molex. After i connected the buttons to the controller and pressed the power button once it worked just fine. Thanks for the tutorial and the monitor recommendation man.
Happy to hear that 😃. Regarding the buttons, I think once you turn on the monitor the first time, you won't need them anymore. Because when you cut off the power from the monitor ""PC is off; no more power"" then once you turn on the PC the monitor will come back to the last status it was on.
Bro idk if you thought of it it’s a great business idea given how PC building is blooming and has been id defo buy something like this at a reasonable price
Very good tutorial. I watched it after already completing my build and I have nothing to add to this, other than maybe you should explain a bit better how to work out which wires you need to apply 5V to. Also, I didn't think of painting the controller board white, I might do that as well
Hello, very cool project! I want to connect wires to usb for power, I see in 5:17 that you "merged" four wires into two wires for usb so 2x5v and 2x grounded into 1x5v?(or 10v?) and 1xgrounded, correct? So I should soldering them right? Sorry I never did something like this, and this is like black magic for me ;) Maybe you can recommend some tutorial for this?
how is the lcd panel connected to the gpu. is there a cord running from inside the tower to the exterior and plugged into a display port or is the wiring all internal ?
Hello, May I ask where I can find the temperature indicator with the time located at 0:42. Please could someone send me a link where I can download it.
So that wasn't a temperature indicator, that's the "iBUYPOWER Snowblind Meters" link in the description. If you are looking for a temperature indicator I recommend NZXT CAM with a white theme. Link also in the description
hello, I would like to ask how you found out which side the anti glare foil is from, because I did it with 2 monitors and I always tore off the polarizing layer. Thank you in advance for your reply.
@@AL-Tech And I would also like to ask about the power supply, I bought a new dell 190Sb monitor and I don't know how exactly to supply the power, I read it from the board. to which pins should I put 5 volts and gnd 1/ - 2/- 3/5V port 4/5V port 5/ gnd 6/ gnd 7/ 5V usb 8/ 5V usb 9/ gnd 10/ gnd 11/ 3V 12/ gnd 13/- 14/-
Yes 5V to evry pin where you measured 5 volts. And "- to GND" . Flip the board on the other side usually there is writing nearby the pins to indicate which is 5v GND etc. See the wiring photo in the description
@@AL-Tech I have to connect all the 5V pins to one cable that goes to the 5V molex cable (I connect 4 pins to one) and I have to connect all the gnd pins to one cable and connect it to the molex gnd. Did I understand this correctly?
Hi I’m doing this from yours tutorial and I don’t know how to connect controller to usb, I measured my pins, and it’s look like this 1.0V 2.0V 3.0V 4.0V 5.0V 6.0V 7.5V 8.5V 9.3.28V 10.3.28V I connected 9 & 10 to black wire and 7,8 to red wire. My lcd connecting it like this is not working Can you tell me if I’m doing something wrong
Hello friend, I am looking for the same image as in 45 seconds, but I cannot find it. Can you help me? I also want to see the values of the graphics card processor and motherboard.

Anyone following this BE CAREFUL fucking around with power supplies even when unplugged as they can potentially store dangerous amounts of electricity.
