Seems the cameraman also did not know what was going on. So now, the info he tried to show is incomplete and half-baked. 😢

I'm fascinated, but the continuity is very poor. At around 10:26, one minute the "outer shell" plate is present next to the concrete, then it vanishes. That suggests they have completely disassembled the tensioning device and so forth, all of which is not shown.
