@@DJW2 In the state of Georgia they have stand your ground laws similar to Florida. Lul Tim was involved because Quando is his family. Von attacked Quando first and that is all the prosecutors needed to hear to rule it an act of self-defense. In Georgia you are allowed to use equal or greater force if you're attacked. No one is required to accommodate you in a fist fight. This is the reason why you keep your hands to yourself.
