Ronald Savage recorded the calls and gave them to Hassan Campbell, the NY Daily News, the Star Report, and other journalists.
Ronald Savage said that the Child Victims Act lawsuit that he said he was filing but didn’t was so that other people (like me who is not a party in any lawsuit) could get money from Bambaataa.
Ronald Savage said I wanted him to follow my agenda and narrative. He has not defined what that narrative and agenda are.

I can no longer entertain him and these matters. I moved on last August. If he continues his current course of action, he is doing it on his own and without provocation on my part. His interview footage will remain available to the public.
I apologize to the public for my role in promoting his false narrative. He has recently said publicly that he pretended to be older and that Bambaataa thought he was older. I did not have this information at the time of his interviews. I work extremely hard to ensure I am communicating factual information in my reporting and apologize for my role in misleading the public in the case of Ronald Savage.
Let us all hope Ronald Savage can move on and that he gets the professional help he needs.
