This is the First time I've cried in Awhile- I have a Brain injury from dying (18 minutes in 2018) I Forgot Completely about this- This was my Theme Song Growing up in California, Thank you for bringing memories Back💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
Dope you reacted to this. Don't care what anyone says, Brent has the best voice in music today. Fun fact, this is the most requested Shinedown song that was never a single or anywhere else in media
I remember when this came out in 2008 I lost a friend in a plane crash. We were not too close but for some reason this song is burned into my memory as being about her. But like all songs it is the context your mind associates it with that gives it meaning. I find it hard to listen to this song, even 16 years on and not think of the impact on my teenage self.
@shedavialarkin6240 If you like this song, try listening to Save Me, Amaryllis, or I'll follow you. They all have a more similar vibe. But my personal favorites are Cut The Cord, Dead Don't Die, or Lady So Divine
@@shedavialarkin6240 45 It's from their first album Leave a Whisper from 2001 and it hits. If you're looking from more songs like Call Me from their 2008 album Sound Of Madness, their 2012 album Amaryllis has some great ones like Miracle, I'll Follow You, Through the Ghost, and of course the rest of the album. From 2005 album Us And Them, there's some good ones like I Dare You, Save Me, Beyond The Sun, and Shed some Light. From their 2015 Album Threat To Survival there's How Did You Love, Thick As Thieves and Misfits. From their 2018 Album ATTENTION ATTENTION there's a good few, though (they do change their style of quite a bit after 2015) like GET UP, special, and my personal favorite from this album, BRILLIANT. From the new (ish) 2022 album Planet Zero, there's A symptom of being human, Hope, and Daylight. TLDR; 45 Miracle I'll Follow You Through the Ghost I Dare You Save Me Beyond the Sun Shed some light How Did You Love Thick as Thieves Misfits GET UP special BRILLIANT A Symptom of Being Human Hope Daylight
Check out songs like If You Only Knew Second Chance The Crow and the Butterfly What a Shame and Breaking Inside That's just from their 2008 Album alone, so tell me if you would like to hear more.
Hey if you want some more Shinedown I highly recommend the song a symptom of being human. Shinedown has a lot of you know hard rock songs and they're good but I love their more softer songs
4:05 is my absolute favorite part of this song. I have a tattoo for the first person I’ve ever truly loved and I kiss it every time that part plays. They mean so much to me and I just hope they know I will always love them no matter what
Personally one of my favorite Shinedown songs. The song is about suicide. He's writing from the perspective of a friend who missed the warning signs and wished he had told the friend he could have talked even if it were to just lash out.
People interpret songs differently but Brent said he wrote the song for Jasin Todd his guararist from the 1st 2 albums and it was about a relationship falling apart.
🗣pass that aux cord 🔌im putting this on repeat🎶🎵 driving 🚘through the city on my late night 🌙 🌃🌉vibes 💫✨️🌟⭐️☀️🔅🔆this got a phil collins vibe to it n im rockin wit it🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hey bro! I’m a huge fan of your music reactions. I’d love to see you keep going through NF’s HOPE album, (if you haven’t already), as well as more Witt Lowry. My fav Witt Lowry song is “Losing You” ft. MAX. A rapper I think you’d really like that you haven’t reacted to yet is Connor Price (who’s not a mumble rapper). Keep it up and keep spreading the positivity!
@fathead8401 I want to go see them so badly, I was supposed to see them at the Blue Ridge Rock Festival last year, but it got canceled. Luckily, they were amazing enough to do a pop-up acoustic show, and that was amazing. Can't wait to see a full show of theres
We have been blessed enough to tour and open up for Shinedown, Brent and the crew are absolute legends and phenomenal moral guys. However, brother, we are still waiting for you to accept the Patreon request the past couple years and react to our band lol!
I’d love to see you react to oasis major famous band in the uk like the biggest thing in the uk wonderwall specifically and would love to see you react to rugby big sport in the uk
Pass.. it's about losing family bc you can't seem to get ur crap together even tho you try, so you give in and believe that it's best to leave and stay gone. Unless or until they reach out to you.
Bit left field but you should listen to Catfish and the Bottleman very underrated uk indie band Would recommend cocoon, pacifier, kathleen. Enjoyed the vids as always.
It’s been a long time since you reacted to some $uicideboy$. They’ve evolved so much since the songs you reacted to so I highly recommend checking out some of the songs from their new album called New World Depression. Burgundy and The Light At The End Of The Tunnel For $9.99 A Month are my two favorites from that project.
Hey i dont know if you will see this but i highly recommend you check out king 810 and yavid the singer for king is David Gunn but when hes doing his rap stuff he goes by yavid. I promise you wont be disappointed. There is a lot to unpack with this artist
