I know this may be a long shot. But I'm curious how far your interest in electronic music reaches. Someone who has a lot of hip hop influence and I think you may like is Joyryde. Would love to see a reaction to "YUCK" - JOYRYDE
In Joytime 3 (Marshmello's Latest Album) alot of the vocals are done by himself over his own beat. Songs such as Love U and Sad Songs are completely Mello himself
I don’t know if you know this or not but he produces music for all genres, you need to continue to just go through his songs from all albums, you WILL NOT be disappointed in anything ever from him
I never really listened to marshmello. Most of the community I'm part of musically doesn't listen to him. Now I see why. Ill keep my harsh opinions to myself. Recently been on a hardcore binge found "Into The Light (feat. Tannia) by BloodFire" is one of my by far favorite tracks of recent years. Its an aquired sound ill warn people. I think the song is around 180bpm. This song is probably 125 or 130ish
Hello,Lay,if you want, pls check out the rest of the official videos of Marshmello’s second album,Joytime 1 as well as Joytime 2. It gon blow your mind. And there’s gonna be heat in there, man. FIRE SQUAD FIRE. Edit:Marshmello can SING,HE CAN! Check out his other 2 albums,Joytime 2 and 3. As well as 2016 songs like Luv U,and You & Me.
You should react to PRETTY Lights- I know the truth. He's one of the biggest electronic artist in America and you would like how he mixes hip hop and electronic sounds.
Bro I know there isn’t much of a chance you’ll see this but please react to blacktop mojo “underneath” live acoustic version. The lead singers voice will change your life.
ANo - never slip. Give me a chance and listen. I go through record union and have a whole album from which this song is from. No bs I'm for real and do all my shit. Instruments, singing and all. Thanks..plz dont sleep on me...your listen validating a response is all I'm looking for and if beyond that, I'm down. Music = life bro
Hey layedbak, actually the “girl” you heard singing in his song “Alone” is his voice pitched higher. So this ain’t the first time you heard marshmello by himself... great vid btw.
Since you starting to adventure into the EDM scene with marshmello, there’s a TOOONNN of sub genres of the EDM scene that you should definitely react to
@LayedBakDFR Marshmello's Vocals are in Alone (pitched up) You & Me, Proud, Sad Songs, Run it Up, Falling to Pieces, Moving on, Rooftops. Paralized, Down. If you need vocal references for Mello ;)
Alone is also without a singer song. The voice in there it's his own voice that he's changed. He said it on ActualMe where he been answering to the fans questions
I don’t know about you all but I’m waiting for the reaction to Kanye West’s new album JESUS IS KING. “Selah” & “closed on Sunday” are both fire among others on the album!
The beat is fire, Mello is fire, LayedBak is fire... but that fortnite music video is dumb as hell lol. Fortnite is already garbage, but the vid made no sense at all. Either way, keep doing this artist cuz his beats are crazy. Thanks LayedBak for putting me on this dude
Bruh, if you wanna get a little more into the whole beat over vocals thing (dubstep or other) you might like Skorge a bit. Hes a personal favorite, but in general, a very interesting mix of rap/vocals and nasty/beautiful beats. But Im not here to tell you who to listen to, your a beautiful soul that does his own thing and I respect that. But seeing the way you bob and feel Marshmello, I feel you'll appretiate Skorge, or at least his emotions he puts into music. Keep on doing what you do, and I'll support you. Fire Squad, whas poppin
Honestly i presonally i dont fancy this kind of edm/electronic music im more of a dubstep (metal/normal/melodic) kinda guy, btw i highly recommed reacting to some dubstep if you havent before check out some Au5 stuff for starters.
Marshmello is a producer/DJ so there aren’t lyrics where he doesn’t want them in his music. Also check out Earthquake by Marshmello if you wanna hear some different shit
