Great video Jessica. All fabric hoarders watching this video please raise your hands!!!! Glad to know you continue to repurpose. That’s how our ancestors survived.

Guilty as charged. We pay over $20. a metre (39 Inches) in Canada and it keeps going up.

Your lined basket is so pretty! Love the scallop detail and the fact the fabric is upcycled from a closet clean out garment. Inspired.

So pretty! This would look amazing in plaid for winter and the holidays.

Great job on the liner. That turned better than store bought. You are absolutely correct on the price of fabric these days. I too remember when I could buy one yard of broadcloth for just under $1, but not anymore. Going to have to start recycling cloths and sheets for projects. Thanks for sharing a fabulous idea. Looking forward to the next video.

This is so pretty! I love the scallops. I think it would be so pretty in a baby’s nursery.

Great job Jessica. I was dubious at first when you described what you were going to do but I love it. Looks really classy!

Great use of the pants. I used a old ironing board cover for the inside of a quilted bag I made.

That was so cute. I wish I could see that well. When ever I try to do to I can never keep my seams straight. I can mend some but I’m not a sewer n I own a sewing machine. Your scallop edges turn out so sweet n love how you did the strip around it with a bow. Sorry to say Jessica but that’s to advance for me. LOL. ♥️♥️😊👍👍

That’s so a mis conception. Making your own clothing is very expensive

I feel like now it is. Back in the past it was cheaper to make your own but I think that depends on what region of the country you were in. Nowadays it’s the opposite but I feel like reusing clothing material is another way we can reduce our footprint. Thanks for watching! 😊
