Is emotional overmodulation in PTSD caused by fast adrenal response to crf/ACTH the producing high cortisol closing off the limbic system as it cuts the noradrenaline off too fast? And in the opposite case of emotional undermodulation model of PTSD, where the adrenal gland does not release sufficient cortisol due to pituitary no longer responding to CRF with ACTH to increases cortisol? So which PTSD model more likely to co-exist with bipolar, ADHD hyperactive and ADHD inattentive only? I would think undermodulation for first two, overmodulation last one. What does Parkinson's at end of video have to do with trauma PTSD? And can you explain how stimulants or alpha drugs or hydrocortisone can help either model of PTSD? I read they use hydrocortisone to prevent PTSD if given soon after the trauma.
