I came here after seeing a clip of John Talabot playing this at the end of one of his recent sets and thought it was worth checking out. After listening to the full track I can say this is stunning. It's a beautiful track that is moving and thought provoking. I ended up just staring into space and thinking of many different things as it played in the background. It took me a minute or so to realise that the track had actually stopped playing. I'm sure it's had similar effects on other people too. Stunning.
i really see and hear what traumprinz is talking about, in this euphoric yet melancholic world we live in, just to dance together is so powerful, its healing. after the crazy haziness of the weekend its time to reflect on the fun, but also the world with this playing in the background. What If Madness Is The Only Relief?
As the academics suggest, we are past post-modernism and now living in the new age of "post-structuralism." Take that for what you will, but from my admittedly batshit crazy perspective, madness most certainly is, beyond a reasonable doubt, the only relief... Thank you Saint Traumprinz for sharing your art with the world. And for doing it on your own terms. Expect an email from me. I would like to bring you and (if you would like) your family to NY soon for a very special (and not overhyped) gig.
Wow. I love this spin to Mary's classic "Your Child." I read that her voice was in this, so I came to hear how it was done. Very simple. Love the production.
