Thank you for sharing your excellent mods! We will be picking our Travato GL next month (April), hopefully the schedule won't be impacted by COVID 19. I am sure I will be watching your video many times and more, and ping you with questions.
Thanks for taking the time to record. So, no additional pump was installed to operate this? I am planning on installing within an RV camper. Also, where did you get those fancy labeled switches?
Concerning the recirculation water system; I understand that the objective is to prime the HOT WATER line all the way to the faucet, by replacing and returning the cold water already in the HOT WATER line, back to the water tank without wasting the water. Would like to know: (1) What size 12 VDC SOLENOID VALVE (brand and part number would really help)?, (2) How close to the faucet did you place the SOLENOID VALVEV?, (3) What is entry point at water tank for the cold water being returned?, (4) Where did you connect power for the 12 VDC SOLENOID VALVE? Thanks, Mike L.
MrSanchizle solenoid valve on hot water line at rear (I had previous installed hot water to rear). Return line from solenoid valve all the way back to fresh water tank (under cabinet and floor at entrance). I installed a timer which opens valve for a specified period of time (although could use a simple switch). I have also installed temp sensor to shut valve if a specified temp is reached.

@@mikelaurenzano993 sent email. (1) What size 12 VDC SOLENOID VALVE (brand and part number would really help)? smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NWCRM75/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (2) How close to the faucet did you place the SOLENOID VALVEV? About 12 inches (the length of a connector hose) (3) What is entry point at water tank for the cold water being returned? Top (4) Where did you connect power for the 12 VDC SOLENOID VALVE? I took 12V from rear 12V source (cig lighter) I connected to an auxiliary fuse box and took solenoid power from that. I also have a timer relay hooked up to a momentary switch so that when I switch on the system, the solenoid opens for 20 seconds. 20 seconds is enuf to bring hot water to kitchen and shower, it takes 2 cycles to get hot to rear.
