I know what you mean about the oldies but goodies. I still use my prismacolor cad lemon watercolor. It is the nicest neon yellow, i really wish they still made their cadmium watercolor tubes. I still have a backup but i will be so sad when it finally runs out.
The whole time you were looking for the pink I was thinking “I bet it fell over and is at the bottom of the box.” Shame saying it at the screen doesn’t actually help. Loved seeing what you take and how you choose what to take.
Sakura microperm fineliners are really great for writing on those fillable watercolor pans so you know what's in them. I usually put the brand initial and the color so I know what I have when I move stuff to a different palette.
I found a little pill container at target in the travel size are that is similar to your lip gloss container but a bit taller, and it works great for keeping my kneaded eraser clean in my bag!
This is not a bad selection of art supplies but a quite maximalistic setup for a mere art /sketching weekend. Don't feel insecure to slim down your sketching kit to the basics that are a pencil, a pen, a brush, your watercolours, a piece of eraser ( not even a regular one) and your sketchbook or even better some loose sheets of drawing or watercolour paper cut at the size that is more convenient for you. Put this stuff into a plastic pouch/folio/ whatever you have available for packaging them safely and that's all.
I got one of those strawberry erasers too because what an excellent concept! Unfortunately, I do think the scent is overpowering because I took it to a sketch meetup once and someone at the table was like, "what's that smell?" lol. So I switched it out for a regular one, but kept the plastic case because it is awesome!!
