I really love this cool couple. They are elegant all the way. They don’t scream or overly excited. They don’t make funny gestures but cool smiles in a very relaxed manner. The more I watch them, the more I like them. In fact, I start to learn from them how to act cool and not to react.
i love them too but to me it LOOKS like they're kinda depressed and not really enjoying this amazing place (but probably this is just their personality)
The wife and I spent seven days in Loreto the last week of May this year 2021. May through November is low season; hence, looks abandoned now. Different story in winter when the Canadian "Snow Birds" flock in. They live in a modern development about fifteen minute drive south of downtown called Loreto Bay Village. The Cathedral in town was open. Just walk around the construction.
I can see a lot of comments concerned about safety. Well, if you are a foreigner in any country you just have to play it safe, don't push it and use common sense and you will be alright. Mexico is no different but there is absolutely no reason not to enjoy it. Basic rules that's it. And by the way, cartels are not interested in tourists at all or never heard anything of that before. TV is just a political instrument.
There is way more corruption, crime, violence and poverty in other countries than in Mexico,I can assure you. Unfortunately Mexico is in the middle of so much 💩 on one side Canada,U.S. the other Central America,South America and Caribbean. Mexico has always had invasions since our ancestors and massive immigration issues too that migrate in massive amounts to Mexico and U.S. and unfortunately do Horrible things in Mexico and U.S. Mexico's mafia and corruption is least to anybody's worries. MS13 is Central America, again NOT MEXICO. The biggest Cartel in the world is DEA,they use CIA planes to bring drugs in. The #1 producers of Coca is South America NOT MEXICO,their biggest export is U.S.,Europe especially Spain not counting fentanyl, opium etc... that comes from Africa and Asia. Let's not forget Central America Cartel,South America Cartel,Caribbean Cartel,Elite Cartel,Deep State Cartel, Rothschild's Cartel,Rockefeller's Cartel,Vatican and Church Cartel,Royal's and Monarchy Cartel,Hollywood Cartel,Bank's Cartel,Italian Mafia,Russian Mafia,Asian Mafia,Canada's Mafia,Europe's Mafia,Middle East Cartel,Africa Cartel,Big Pharma Cartel, Government and politics Cartel among many other's
The Baja California península 🇲🇽 it's amazing Out of this world I've driven 3 times from Southern California 🇺🇸 all the way to the southern most part of Baja "Cabo San Lucas'
I don’t think they are brother and sister they are a couple. But down south in the usa I do know some brothers and sisters that make intimate from time to time so I don’t judge. Whatever makes them happy!
It looks like Scottsdale, Arizona on the sea. What a beautiful combination. I just hope that not too many people discover it and ruin it’s peaceful and quiet beauty.
you will love the boat tour. white sand beaches and beautiful water. being so down to earth and calm makes this channel exceptional. cool drone videos, also. you two explore the non-tourist spots, too and that is appreciated. my favorite travel couple.
Great video again, thanks a lot for posting! Those drone shots from the driving car with all the cactus around are amazing! Makes me wanna do a roadtrip there. Happy travels!
Another beautiful one 😍 nice to see Carol starting to talk a bit more also😊 What an Epic journey this Mexico serie👌💚🤍❤ has been...loved every single vlog! I'm curious what's next?🤔 Sabrina xx
@@JumpingPlaces It's gonna be tough to top the latest vlogs up. Good for you to get vaccinated ...just had my 2nd one and been watching youtube from my bed🤒 but at least thats that done ✔ All the Best Sabrina 🇬🇧
@@JumpingPlaces Well, you'll be coming through my hometown (Houston). I know you've certainly been here before. I look forward to the DR. Y'all need to recharge your batteries a bit, though. Don't forget to gorge on some of our cuisine. Houston is foodie paradise. (Too much so, LOL.)
We were there last year! There's a great little micrebrewery in the square. There are 2 short hikes you can do as well just outside of town. We also took a cruise to the islands and we saw many blue whales. Just an awesome place!
Out of all the places I visited in the peninsula of Baja California , Loreto stole my heart ❤️ I need to go back and visit both misions, they were fixing the street of the one in Loreto and I didn’t make to San Javier because it was getting dark. Great food though at Santo Cielo Restaurant in front of “Our Lady of Loreto Mision”
Was in Loreto back in the mid 80's on a dive trip with friends. Fonatur had already built modern roads and sidewalks to accommodate their future growth plans for Loreto as a tourist destination, but that growth hasn't "exploded" to the extent Fonatur had planned...30+ years later. I'm not sure that's a bad thing. It was a great place to be off the beaten path back then, and still looks like a perfect place to be now. Of the 2 cities, La Paz and Loreto, which would you visit and which would you live? The juxtaposition of the Sea of Cortez and the desert creates amazing scenery. Great drone shots.
Bajas are the Mexican "meditarranean" climate. And these missions and towns continue up to the Alta California, as the now California was known during the Spanish colonization. Some of these missions are now big cities like San Diego and Los Angeles, or San Francisco, etc etc
Vcs dois estão de parabéns! Graças a vocês tive coragem de levar uma vida mais leve, a vida q sempre quis, e a mudança curou muitos problemas crônicos que estavam me atormentando a muito anos. Desejo uma vida longa e feliz ao casal!
Cool seeing the surrounding area around Loreto. We were there last year, but travelled by bus so we stayed around the town. We really like the area around the malecon and watching all of the pelicans around there. 😁
You are less likely to get food poisoning in Baja Mexico. Their food safety standards are better regulated because they get so many visitors from the USA. Plus the seafood from Baja is always fresh. It's actually a major fishery for Mexico and a lot of their seafood is exported to Japan.
Those missions are amazing "right" shame you did not get to go into any of them. Where I grew up we had a few missions around and from the 1700's and was always fascinated by them, guess it was a place of peace for me. are you still on the inside of Baja in the Gulf? It reminds me of death valley and Arizona's cactus desert. To me it has always been hot and dry in Baja, but was always on the pacific coast side to surf. didn't like the fact of all the sharks back then when you were in the water. Now there are great whites off the coast and I am glad I don't surf anymore haha. Guys with club ay, yeah it can get your nerves up and blood pumping, but Mexican people for the most are really cool and I am blown away that they didn't ask if you wanted some and invited you to their casa. cool drone footage of the areas you were both at, I really enjoyed them!! Thanks Chris and Carol for all the cool things you brought us from your journey through Mexico. Peace my dear friends😎
Very well done video. It’s great to see more than restaurants and people eating (ugh) . I love seeing the surrounding area and a look at a full perspective of the area. Thank you.
Thank u for sharing your Baja Cali Mexico trip with us. I’m goin next month and you helped add a lot of places to list besides the tourist places. Great videos salud
The drone really 'goes the distance'.... You capture the character of the entire area...impressive tech. 6:38 -> COVID restrictions quote of the century: 'Let's find some beaches.' woo hooo!!!! 9:34 -> That was funny....don't know why...just funny...had to laugh.....{Carol likes driving....she so calm and relaxed...just like the music} 13:02 -> Tour guide...day off..... 13:40 -> Baseball bats have nothing to do with octopus fishing. Baseball bats are used to break car windows to get at what is inside. The guys that were born in and have grown up in a town or area act as the local 'law enforcement'. Sometimes just showing up, sometimes things get serious.
In Baja there are no rivers, they are called arroyos. The main difference is that in the arroyos water filter down to underground as it travels downhill to the sea. Through the course of time water will stay meters underground in a mod like mix, sand/water, usually those places are called Oasis. Bienvenidos a BCS al descierto mas hermoso.... Y con playa!
Greetings from Kuwait. Spot-on observation that Baja California closely resembles Oman. Well worth a visit one of these days. AS always, thoroughly enjoyed your video today.
Another excellent video guys. You guys are great to follow as you travel around this beautiful country. I'd never seriously considered Mexico as somewhere I particularly wanted to travel to before, but that has changed through watching your videos. Kudos! :)
Awesome couple, great travel videos! Have been collecting info from the Mexico tour. Hope to head out soon and visit the Baja beaches. Hated to see back when you guys got food poisoning - bummer. But, great to see both doing OK now. Fingers crossed after your lunch in the Loreto trip.
You guys went to isla mujeres? Or was that on another trip? Dont miss the beaches around Bahia Concepcion, about 2 hour drive from Loreto and also visit Mulege. Great videos!
It looks like you have nice dry heat w/o the humidity. I will take that weather any day of the humid over the humid summers we have in a lot of the USA.
I love all your scenic shots. I wish you would also add the descriptions of the foods you eat in every place you visit. I find the vloggers who introduce much of their foods tend to attract a lot of subscribers near to a million and some have multiple millions of subscribers to follow their foods in the countries they visit. I don’t like to watch mostly foods alone though foods attract me. I love videos contain both scenic spots as well as yummy foods. I wish you two would consider videotaping your meals while you eat.
Hiya, another beautiful place. Great tour as always. Good vibes. Cool tunes. Amazing drone footage. Just all-around great content always. Thank you for sharing. Have a great rest of the week. And Weekend. Take care.
Hi. You have mentioned in one of your vlogs that it would be your last week in Mexico. I hope you are safe where you are. You must be in your new destination.
Great content. As soon as the borders open between Canada, US and Mexico, my husband and I are driving down to the Baja for the first time in a minivan with a tent. Would love to see some beaches where tent camping is feasible. We are not on a strict budget, but want to experience it from that perspective. We are going to take a few months to see it properly. We appreciate your Baja series and look forward to checking out the places you are documenting. Cheers to you both..very chill and great vibe videos.
Hey man lovin the perspective on Mexico ! Could you make some videos of your favorite places to get blackout drunk? I just graduated high school and I’m heading to Mexico and I want to see the sights but I also plan on posing my pants a few times a week. Cheers from Texas: America’s greatest state
Yeah lol it’s because in portuguese we have the exact same word so we end up naturally saying it the Portuguese (Rio) way. If you put a Spanish speaker in Rio I imagine they would naturally say it the Spanish way too.
Love your vids. Philippines was the best but enjoy all of your offerings. Wish you two all the blessings and joy you bring to us. Salamat. Do you plan on returning to Philippines 🇵🇭 some day? My wife is stuck in Philippines.
@Jumping Places I’m interested to know what the plans are in 2 weeks once Mexico 🇲🇽 is completed as you mentioned? Very few options for tourists wanting to stay long term in a desired country these days. Perhaps Columbia?
It's a crying shame what they've done to Loreto in the name of convid. We were there last summer and there was one restaurant open in the plaza - all the others closed. Such a beautiful place.
Since I grew up in a megalopolis like Los Angeles, I must admit that I do find it amusing to see cows, goats, and other farm animals whenever I drive on Mexico's rural roads, but that lonely cow on the only pastures of a beach in the middle of a desert had me rolling on the floor laughing! lol
