I think you would be expecting too much if you tried to do this with freshly washed hair. On a flight, you would get your hair mussed up so this would be a good way to keep it looking good.

Seeing someone groom themselves in public in a non intrusive way doesn’t bother me, and it shouldn’t bother you. She just brushed and put her hair into large rollers.
