This train has got the Shaku coupler , found in MEMU trains. The gangway used in Amrit Bharat Express is called a Sealed gangway and is used in ICF metros and VB trainsets.

Nope, these are regular LHB coaches with CBC coupling only..

@@jonathanalvinrays..7070 CBC coupler is different. That is the one found on normal LHB coaches. It is the one that causes the uncomfortable jerk during train acceleration. Shaku coupler is a type of solid coupler used in trainsets like VB. It can only break due to excess pull , as we have heard of or even seen on news when EMU train coaches get separated. CBCs on the other hand can uncouple if they are not locked properly by the shunting staff.

There was a marshalling yard near present day SMVT. Great video. Looks like public aren't going to take good care of this train during journeys.

Such a good thing to know the typical lhb jerks are gone ! The vestibule connects looks neat and robust. I sincerely hope IR keeps the locos exclusive to AM express unlike the history of exclusive locos being used as mismatch with other trains or slapping the locos with ads. Excellent video as always and observations NCS 👍

They already painted 2 or 3 other WAP5 locos in VB Wap5 livery and those P5s are working with other express trains regularly. If these regular Wap5 is used for other trains , it cannot be noticed at all without memory of regular road running 5 digit number.

simiilarly the car carrier train overtook MYS SBC Wodeyar express while in loop at nayandalli eventhough the train which i was was before 5 minuites

@@NatarajanC12119how do I share it? MG yard was on other side (where Smvt terminal building is now)from where I used to go. And where there was a rpf post. So I dont have pics although I have clear memory of the layout. There was a small outer yard too, parallel to the mainline, for unloading steel products mainly.

I think it’s time bring strict n tough rules which is being followed in metro trains , or else how much ever v bring new advance n beautiful trains ,Indian Railways will never shine in this way 😢

Different class, Humsafar is AC in this route and Amrit bharat is Non AC. Depending on the budget you can choose.

Thank you for the video thala ! This blocked wash basin thing is becoming a regular nuisance in many trains. For a country making rapid strides in science and technology, why is wash basin and toilet design such a failure in IR !! I must say I am pretty disappointed with Ashwini Vaishnav's performance as a rail min. Upkeep and cleanliness have terribly gone south under him. Someone rightly said he should be labelled Vande Bharat Minister instead of Railway Minister ! - Did the staff attend to your complaints?

Everything is clean before 2014! Have you ever listened what his planning for indian railways? How can a minister see 68000 kilometres of route length and 120000 Kilometres of track length???

Minister can enforce but can he be physical present. Minister job is to have vision and ensure execution and financial prudence. The housekeeper skills are important within the train

@@kirannnnnn I think IR needs separate ministers for railway development and railway quality/maintenance. This is pretty common practice in corporate companies as well, where they have different teams and different leaders for R&D, Development, Quality, and Sustenance. I think IR desperately needs this. I don't think Ashwini Vaishnav managing 2 ministries is a good idea. Railways itself is a mammoth task. I have been a regular in Shatabdis and some trains for 10+ years now and have been observing the steady decline in coach maintenance and cleanliness. I think IR needs a perspective reset - sell this as a competitive corporate product and shed the govt welfare product image. I am a big fan of this govt and their work, but improvement areas can always be pointed out, out of concern.

@@maheshnarayan6440 definitely there are lot of things to improve in our railways There are plans to transform entire Indian railways in next two decades They are brining new designs for locomotives ,new trains ,new track length of 50,000 km etc There are issues in some routes in some trains in some zones in Indian railways. The good thing about this government they have the vision and implementation for indian railways. Few people are also critical about speed of the trains but our previous government neglected railways more than 50 years,so our tracks and signalling system doesn't permit high speed. Push pull train hardly cost below 100 crores but the same push pull train cost 400 crores in Europe. If we spent more money on push pull train then it is not to viable for middle class to travel Railways already subsidizing to keep ticket fair's at decent level But good news is they are going to improve quality of train's in next phases We are going to see push pull same as European style with high quality You are going to see huge transformation in indian railways in coming year's

@@kirannnnnn Let's hope for the best. At least for now, though I am an avid rail fan, I avoid overnight travel on trains because I do not have the courage to face and use the toilets. Toilet cleanliness needs an urgent solution to solve customer inconvenience, which cannot probably wait for long term renaissance. I know the public is also majorly responsible for not having toilet etiquette, but we need some urgent solution of maybe upkeep on part of IR + fining of customers. If this 1 problem could be solved for now, trains will see at least 50% more footfall. I know many people who avoid trains for this specific reason + coach cleanliness.
